I wait far too long for orders here. One time I placed an online order, and the store was closed when I arrived. Another time the employees were smoking at the front door, hadn't started my order 15 minutes after placing it. Fast food should be fast, not slow. Food's alright, I guess. I've eaten at other Carl's Jr that blew my mind. Dunno why the Poky store sucks.
