Over at this location, Caleb is the man every single time he has such this great vibrant energy that makes every visit that much better. Thank you so much Caleb for making such a positive impact on me every single day that I see you in Dutch Bros you’re the best and you deserve a raise and a promotion and you should train others to be just as awesome as you if that is even possible, Love you Bro
The staff at this location is nothing short of Outstanding!!! Everyone is always high energy and super positive. I do have to specifically give a shout out to Caleb, he very well may be the best customer service leader I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. What an absolute stud. I hope he’s here forever. When Caleb is working it is truly exciting to see him every time. Give this guy a promotion and a raise and you will never regret it Guaranteed.
Dutch Bros is one of my favorite coffee shops. And the one in Pocatello is amazing. The staff is fantastic. Always get my order right even if they have to remake it sometimes but that’s pretty rare. They always take care of me.
