It was our first time trying this place. We were driving home from a trip to Yellowstone and stopped in Pocatello for lunch. We were in the mood for some sandwiches and this place sounded great. It didn't disappoint. The employees were nice and really helpful, giving us good recommendations since we had never been here before. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through.
Food is great as always, but very very disappointed with the customer service. Although we were the only customers there, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and made the ordering process extra confusing. Will stick to ordering online, but hopefully employees can be trained on how to be professional.
