It was our first time trying this place. We were driving home from a trip to Yellowstone and stopped in Pocatello for lunch. We were in the mood for some sandwiches and this place sounded great. It didn’t disappoint. The employees were nice and really helpful, giving us good recommendations since we had never been here before. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through.

The food is really good, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it whatsoever except it's not worth the price. However, the customer service was awful. The girl who took our order was very nice and very patient but it's way too loud in the restaurant itself so we couldn't hear her at all. The girl who rang us up was also very nice and I enjoyed her help, also very patient. The manager though was very rude, very impatient and was just all around had a very nasty attitude. She kept rolling her eyes, glaring and sighing very loudly and it was making me very anxious while making my sandwich. And she cut the sandwiches wrong.

Will stick to ordering online, but hopefully employees can be trained on how to be professional.

The place is clean and tidy, and we got the food fairly quickly.The bread was dry and flavorless, the meatballs were also dry. The toppings were okay I guess. Maybe I should have ordered something different.

I’ve always loved this place! But over the last couple years there’s been a few times I have left upset about the service. There’s one employee in particular, the older Hispanic lady that been working there. Every time she makes my sandwich’s she’s very rude and unpleasant. Today she was being rude over her messing up my order like it was my fault she didn’t listen to what I asked for or even asked to double check. Every time I’ve been there while she’s working, her attitude sucks and she acts like she hates her job so bad she takes it out on everybody she serves food to. I know I won’t be having her make my sandwiches whenever I come back. Hopefully she finds her happiness and learns to smile again.

I love the works and I have been going here since I was a kid. Recently, the service has been terrible. I don’t know what happened and I am sad that they don’t hold it to the same standard. several times I’ve had incorrect orders, and the staff has been horribly rude. Acting like, if you let them know, the order was made incorrectly that you were inconveniencing them.

Brother says sidewinder ones are too, I have yet to try those mainly because i know the cottage fries are so good. The meat and cheese is cut fresh when you order. Bread fresh daily. I've been living out of state for a long number of years and remember coming here when they were located across from what is now WinCo (used to be an Albertsons). I think the place they used to be is a batteries plus now. Anyway it's as good as I remember (from like 1999 or 2000 somewhere in that time) and it's locally owned, even better.
