I try really hard to manage my expectations of service with how busy the restaurant is. This was my first time going to this Red Robin Location.

My latest trip I went with my wife and friends and while the waiter was kind and didn't try and shout at us over the crowd (which was very appreciated) we were quickly forgotten.

Wings arrived with no sauce, when I asked for a cup of sauce it was genuinely colder than my ice water.

We tried asking for bottomless fries prior to our food arriving as we've done in the passed since we expected a long wait. We ended up getting our food first and the bottomless sides much later.

Everything we asked for the rest of the night either arrived late or not at all.

It felt like we were working with a printer that had a huge backlog and eventually would spit way too much stuff out or never provide anything at all.

I definitely don't recommend it. I feel as if prices continue to increase, while service/food quality goes down.

I have ordered to go here several times and it's been easy to call in and tell them what spot I'm in. Why the heck did you guys take the phone number off along with the "spot number"? I can't even tell you which spot I'm in when I call.

Ordered Red Robin via door dash to be delivered to our hotel after a long day on the road.
Ordered three items, all three were messed up.
Crispy chicken sandwich:
Undercooked (raw chicken!) as were the garlic fries. I didn’t get the ketchup that I paid extra for! I don’t like fries without ketchup.
Clucks and Fries:
Chicken was ok but the fries were undercooked and I didn’t get the correct sauce I ordered and paid for. So my chicken tasted dry = no sauce.
Mud pie:
No whipped cream and looked like it was slopped into the to go container. Didn’t look appetizing.

Bummed at this meal because we ordered from here a month ago while traveling through Pocatello and had it door dashed with no issues at all. We had a hectic travel day and were looking forward to a good Red Robin meal.
Definitely won’t be ordering again because it’s too pricey to have so many things go wrong.
Door dasher was amazing - this was all on Red Robin. Thumbs down!
