Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Amazing the difference between my experience here, and my last experience at the Idaho Falls/Ammon location previously. so much better! Greeted with a hello at the door, we had ordered online because fresh food takes longer, but we knew we didn't want to wait. when we explained we had ordered online, they gave us our drink cups, and gave us an update on where the food was in the cooking process. we sat down, the manager noticed it appeared we were wanting to eat in, and he offered to tray up our food instead of boxing it to go. I know it sounds simple, but paying attention to little details like this made us feel seen and welcomed. and for only the second time at wingstop the same manager (Scott, I asked his name) even stopped to check on the food taste and quality of our meal. (I lived east coast, and have had wingstop across the country) Great experience, great food made correctly, in a genuine friendly environment. I live halfway between the 2 locations, and I will ONLY go to the Pocatello/Chubbuck Location moving forward

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

Amazing food, unfortunately the service when I was ordering my food was very rude and unprofessional due to the lack of attentiveness and seemingly distracted and uninterested behavior, the staff lady didn’t really made an effort to communicate as to this was the second time this has happened. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I don’t expect five-star service at a wing stop, but basic courtesy can go a long way. Hopefully, this was just an off day again and won’t continuously be an issue but it definitely made me think twice about coming back.
