Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE WingStop but this certain location gets a 1 star from me. My boyfriend and I were in town visiting and we were craving WingStop and so I’m assuming that most locations train their employees pretty well on cooking times/temps but this location obviously doesn’t do that. For the both of us I ordered the 30 piece family pack and asked well done for everything. I come to pick up our food and when I bite into my wing, I notice that all of them weren’t cooked well done. And to top it off, my boyfriend’s chicken was raw and he saw pink inside of it which ended up giving him food poisoning. Soo do I recommend WingStop? Absolutely, but do I recommend this location? Heck’s no.

We drive through from Montana twice a year and always stop here because no wings compare. Right when you walk in you can tell the team works well together and enjoys customer service. We always give confusing orders and have never had a mistake or missed item. Beside the great prices, the people always make us feel special and appreciated. Kat really made my day I wish I could hire her myself. Yes manager give that girl a raise she definitely deserves it. Thank you again wingstop!

I gave this 2 stars because the wings are good, but honestly, I have ordered ahead to pick up two times and both times, "oh, the computer must have skipped printing your ticket, well make it right now". So another 20 minutes goes by while I wait out front. I'm sorry, but in this day and age of door dash, etc I'm not buying that excuse. Own up to your mistake and offer me something while I wait... come on, I just spent 40+ bucks at your establishment. This is how businesses fail.

I don't understand why they keep giving tiny pieces of fried wing breading out and calling them wings. Also, they are rarely freshly cooked, most of the time they are barely warm in temperature.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop
