Always enjoyed this place. If today is a sign of the future, my patronage will end. When you have new servers which I am positive I did today and we were as patient as possible, Managers and other servers should be supporting her and helping her. Took 40 minutes just to have her bring water, Since we were there that long we had already decided what we were going to have. Told her we would go ahead and order now, she became very flustered and upset and said “OK, You’re gonna have to hold on a minute”. She then left the table and we waited another 20 minutes. I don’t consider this the servers problem, I consider this a restaurant problem. She was definitely not ready to wait on tables alone. That being said, there were many many empty tables in the place, but a line of at least 10 parties waiting to get in. They simply weren’t letting people in. I suppose you guys were shorthanded, but then I watched all the people in the line start to leave to at this point. I think if there was a manager there they should’ve stepped up and help serve!

We have been there twice and can't wait to return. The food is delicious. The Trout can not be beat and their steaks are very tender.

Fantastic food. I had the Cesar salad with salmon. The salmon was delicious and was a 6oz serving itself. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We were able to sit and talk for hours without feeling rushed to leave. We had vanilla cheesecake with huckleberry compote for dessert that was to die for.

The mushroom sandwich is the best thing on the menu. Amazing. Try it. That is all.

Poor service. We were second in line with a couple behind us. When it became our turn we were ignored and they went to the couple behind us whom they seated right away. When we got their attention we were told we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. We left and got dinner elsewhere.

I called ahead to the Bardenay restaurant to get my food. I eat keto so I asked to have it wrapped in lettuce, was just put between two pieces, but I didn't care once I took a bite it was so good and the sweet potato fries were so good.

This place is so great. Go for the insanely good skewers that don’t break the bank. Stay for the cocktails, nice beer list, and a sunset over the pond.
