Good service, who doesn't like ice cream

Ordered from here at 12/9/24 at around 9:20 via uber eats. They close at 10:00, so not quite a jerk move order time. But we ordered a couple 3 scoop sundaes and it was pitiful. Waste of money for at most a large ish scoop of ice cream and a half a** drizzle of hot fudge for over 20.00 (closer to 30.00 with uber eats delivery fees and all that jazz). Still, super crappy. I get it, they’re probably high school kids that wanna get off early and go play video games but holy cow. Not ordering from here again.

Store was packed! Employees were smiling, unfriendly,attentive and quick to process orders. What a great group of young people working there!
My husband and I just enjoyed our delicious sundae's. Our servers were a young man and a young woman,so refreshing to see two young people engaged in friendly conversation with their customers. I was thinking this business was very lucky to have them as employees.

Back in late February, I went in to get some milkshakes and I decided to use the punch card. The employee who was working at the time decided to punch the free spot. I asked him not to, but he told me that it shouldn't matter. I went in to claim my free milkshake recently ONLY to find out that he lied .

Was craving something different so went for ice cream instead of a burger. Absolutely ? percent a delicious treat. The price was very fair to the amount of ice cream I got. Very satisfying. Will definitely go again.

This is a special shout out to Chris!! My daughter and I took my granddaughters for unicorn ? ice cream at the CDA Baskin Robbins today. Chris was the only one working and the line was literally out the door. He treated everyone with kindness and compassion. He smiled the entire time, not once complaining and was so gracious to every single person. This young man is a true example of excellent customer service. Well done Chris.

Chris is an absolute gem!! We sat and ate our ice cream and observed him interact with every single customer asking how their day was. He created a warm and inviting atmosphere with such a positive attitude! Get this kid a raise!!!

This place has zero customer service!!! When we walked in and the 1st thing we hear was the girls arguing over who was going to help the customers and who was going to do the door dash orders made it very clear neither wanted to help. When we ordered our food the girl with the very short, ear length hair almost questioned me on my choice and seemed disgusted that I had asked for frosting on top. She literally put a dot of icing on and when I asked for more her attitude was evident. I honestly dont thinj she even added anymore and had she not slammed it back on the counter I would have questioned her. She made it extremely clear she was annoyed and truly didn't want to be there. She clearly needs more training in customer service. Very disappointed!

If I could put a 0 I would. We ordered mangodona and the gal made it absolutely disgusting we could not even drink it after a sip and letting the cashier no it was not drinkable she immediately said we still would get charged full price. Not even an offer for something new or remove it from bill just wanted me to payfull price. Terrible service from Kelly the MANAGER and my first time going to ice cream in years with my children. Such a disappointment not recommended tons of ice cream shops in the area that give better service and serve great ice cream

My son and I went recently and had a great experience! Staff was friendly and efficient, ice cream was good as always. I see reviews in the past year or so are all over the place, and I have to say a good part of that may be due to the staffing crisis and the economic downturn. People are working jobs they may not have experience in and it's a big learning curve for more people than it has been historically, so there are fewer experienced staff to train and mentor new staff. I think customers should take this into consideration and rate service based on what's normal at the time, and be thankful you're still getting service and be nice even when it isn't perfect. People learn, as evidenced by the fact that the service we got recently was great. I'm happy local businesses are doing what they can to stay open so that, when I want an ice cream or whatever, these things are still available.
