I love "dive bars". I always have. I like a place that is friendly, unassuming, casual, inexpensive, and just good vibes. This is one of those places. The 1st few times I went to Sunset, I went in alone. As a young woman, I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone was friendly, and very welcoming. Lived in CDA from 2001-2005 while attending Gonzaga. This used to be one of my favorite places to have a drink, and back then in my early 20s, had the best jukebox in town. After returning for a visit I was so pleased to see the place hasn’t changed at all. It’s exactly as it was almost 20 year’s ago and that is a wonderful thing in today’s world of “newer is better”. Great vibe, cool patrons, and a really nice staff. If I could give it 100 stars I would!
