“Shout out to the two guys working at Cascadia Pizza in CDA on 6/16/2025. I walked in and immediately got the rundown: 30–45 minute wait. Phones were ringing nonstop, people were coming in left and right, and these guys were running the show—just the two of them. Was my wait longer than expected? Yep. Was I annoyed? Not even a little. Because these two were hustling and still taking the time to be honest and kind with every customer. I wish more people understood what they were working with and gave them the credit they deserve. The frustration some of customers expressed when they were told about the wait or that their pizza was not done, was frustrating for me to watch. Also… the pizza? Incredible. This was my first visit, and let me tell you—it won’t be my last. Cheers to the real MVPs of the pizza world. 🍕👏“

“There is so much I love about Edgy Veggie! When I first heard there was going to be a salad food truck in town and that I could drive through and get a salad, that was exciting in and of itself. Then there are the salads and bowls and soups themselves - absolutely delicious with fun combinations I would never think of on my own, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and consistency that gives me confidence that it will always be exactly what I wanted. Maybe the most impressive part though is the staff. You can tell that they all take pride in the food, they are so friendly, and the customer service is next level. I can’t think of any other place I frequent where they actually know my name. I recently had a mixup with DoorDash, which led to a salad sitting in the hot sun for an hour and a half, and the wonderful folks at Edgy Veggie went out of their way to make it right, even though it wasn’t their error. I love this place so much and if you go, you’ll see why!“

“Drummin Up BBQ catered our wedding for 80 people and did a phenomenal job. They delivered a wonderful dinner service including: fresh sliced brisket, pulled pork, deviled egg potato salad, pepper jack mac & cheese, pear almond goat cheese salad, homemade bbq sauce and a charcuterie board for happy hour. Darrel was very professional and had great recommendations. When looking back through our pictures we couldn’t find any of the food because we were too busy enjoying it! Highly recommend!“

I called ahead to ask if there were options for me and I was told that everything is made from scratch and is gluten free except for the obvious items (mac and cheese, buns, and whatnot). I got the baker deluxe minus the mac and my only regret is not being able to eat the whole thing. I told them I’m celiac and they took extra care not to touch any gluten before prepping my meal and bagged it separately“

“Fantastic smoothie bowls! I ordered the number 3 and added almond butter. They’re huge lol, so much bang for your buck. Next time I’ll try one with the bee pollen. The website menu has great visuals for what you get, other places should follow suit. Just make sure you know how big they are before you order, I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately I ate it too fast to take a picture but it looked great too.“
