Yaki Smoka, located in the Post Falls Pavilion Food Truck Park, is absolutely delicious! The concept to mixed smoked meat with Asian foods brings the right American flare to delicious dishes. We ordered on Doordash, we got the Smoked Chicken Yakisoba and the Smoked Pork Yakisoba both Hawaain style with pineapple! The noodles are perfectly done with a firm texture, deliciously sweet sauce, the chicken has a gorgeous smoke flavor, while the pork is nicely coated in black pepper! Definitely want to visit in person next time! However even with delivery of it being 8 miles away, it was still piping hot and packaged neatly! 10/10 Thanks guys! Can't wait to order again!

Was very excited to try this. Got three bowls with smoked chicken, two yakisoba and one rice. Took over twenty minutes to get our food, so maybe order ahead, if possible. Bowls we're good but extremely salty, which I just don't understand. When you have good ingredients why hit it with this much salt? Probably was the sauce but I'll probably ask for half the salt or soy sauce next time.
