“Simply wonderful Peruvian food truck located at the food truck court on Best Ave. Lomo Saltado has got to be one of my very favorite meals. I'm not sure there's anything better than rice, meat, fresh onions/tomatoes and fries! Next time I go planning on doubling meat and rice. Thank you wonderful ladies of Pachamama!“
“Unbelievably delicious. I have tried almost all of the curries and all of the sushi rolls and I have yet to have one that isn't amazing. The crew working the truck is always super friendly and helpful, and they're very timely with getting orders done and out the window to you. Highly recommend!“
“Was very excited to try this. Got three bowls with smoked chicken, two yakisoba and one rice. Took over twenty minutes to get our food, so maybe order ahead, if possible. Bowls we're good but extremely salty, which I just don't understand. When you have good ingredients why hit it with this much salt? Probably was the sauce but I'll probably ask for half the salt or soy sauce next time.“
“I am not someone who orders salads willingly, but these are my favorite salads in town and I will always make that exception for Edgy Veggie. You can absolutely tell how high the quality is in every ingredient and it is always amazing service. My favorite is the Hearty Harvest and I just think that you should go.“
“I'm always on the lookout for authentic San Diego style Mexican food. I try this place for the first time today and I had a quick snack of loaded tacos carne asada of courseI was very impressed very impressed with their salsa very impressed with their presentation and the foodI've tried so many places in this area that I have not gone back to you but I will definitely be coming back to this place very soonNow my only question is can they make an authentic carne asada burrito ? ? Are their rollee tacos corn or flour tortilla? Wait, Do they do roll tacos? Lol.“
“This business, in my opinion; provides the most consistent customer service, quality ingredients and downright delicious food. TLDR (To Long Didn't Read)~ Good prices for tasty food you won't regret paying for, Good selection for family. Great service.Sure, you might think I'm lying about delicious. But I know every time I take a bite of the Saturdays special Brisket Birria Taco with consumé (ie. soup or broth) or a regular Crispy Brisket Taco. It's the closest glimpse into Guy's flavor town that I know.Let's be honest, Price of food compared to quality/flavor in the area is somewhat spotty. However, here you can count on a GOOD PRICE for CONSISTENTLY GOOD FOOD.My kids also love their egg and cheese burritos and chicken tacos as well. This spot covers all bases for me! They do have a variety of items aside from the few I have mentioned. If they are sold out of brisket, in my experience, their other choices are equally delicious in their own right. Can't go wrong!“
“I don't know how they did it but I feel like this is one of the best food truck round ups in the country! Always delicious, love the seating area. Would be perfect if there were some green space, but no complaints here! I love that I can get Korean pancakes or waffles for lunch!“
“Generous portions and well prepared meat!I visit CDA twice a month and I’ve tried several BBQ food trucks based upon reviews. This one definitely lives up the five star ratings. The 1/2 pound rack of ribs and 1/2 pound tri-tip were massive and smoked perfectly. Baked beans were excellent but just a little sweet for my taste. This BBQ was significantly better than others in the area because the meat was flavorful but not over seasoned. Staff was friendly and patient. I’m glad I tried it… it’s worth a visit.“
