Maybe your next focus could be service....
Backwoods Bar might be fine if you’re part of the “in crowd,” but if you’re just looking for a normal night out, prepare to be ignored. My friends and I (three women) sat at the bar for nearly 15 minutes with no service. One bartender was posted up at the other end gossiping with friends, while the other was in the restroom. Clamato and vodka drinks with a wild kick are also available, serving as the unofficial cocktail of the North in true Idaho style. A new food truck court opening next door provides a great chance to grab some grub and enjoy a drink. The bar has seen a positive turnaround under new management, attracting more regulars and adding to its lively crowd.
