Sweet Lou's Restaurant & Tap House is a family favorite with a great view of the downtown park and lake. The Shrimp Po’boy and sweet potato fries are a must-try, although the fries could be cooked a bit longer. The beers on tap are excellent, with a large drink menu including non-alcoholic options. It's a kid-friendly and elderly-approved spot with sports on TV and a busy outdoor seating area in the summer. Unfortunately, the pork ribs were overcooked and the manager didn't offer a solution, but the 60/40 burger and tacos are fantastic choices.
