Sooo dirty, dust on booth tops, windowfront needs professional cleaning, floor needs a commercial steam cleaning. Tables are sticky, menus grimy...

We came here for dinner as a party of 5 (4 adults and a kid). It wasn’t busy and we were sat right away. Unfortunately, aside from our server being nice, that’s where the positives end. First we ordered drinks but our drink order was remembered incorrectly and we had to shuffle drinks and correct a couple. She was apologetic about that. Then she took our order but multiple entrees we ordered were either discontinued or just not available (which is usually conveyed at the beginning). Once we were able to order food that was available, it didn’t improve. The mushroom soup arrived cold and flavorless. The Caesar with salmon… well, the salmon was watery and flavorless- it was like salmon that had been frozen and thawed multiple times. The fry bread was flavorless but redeemable when dipped in the butter and honey. Sadly, most of our food went uneaten. I’m hoping it was just an off night but none of us will be trying it again. It was too overpriced to risk another meal like that.

As other reviews mention the service is slow. Waited a while after ordering and everything came out like it had been sitting in the back and seemed bland.. Isla was cool and attentive. But this place just wasn’t a hit for us. They took care of the steak on the check and did apologize.

Drinks were great and service was fine, but food was terrible. I got the bison and it came with about a half bottle of horseradish, but zero red wine jus, no asparagus salad and partially cooked garlic. Wife got salmon pizza, salmon on the side, and they clearly had no idea how to make a pizza like this given they baked the cream cheese into the crust. Biggest waste of $100+ I’ve spent in a restaurant in a long time. Wish it hadn’t have been pouring, so we could’ve instead read reviews and gone elsewhere

Such a fabulous little spot. There's a speak easy type room downstairs. The restaurant is always busy so expect a wait. The chicken sandwich melts and falls apart in the mouth in a delightful way.

Food and drinks are fantastic, but service is SO slow! We were trying to enjoy a nice afternoon downtown and spent over a hour waiting on a salad and burrito to even come out.

My waitress was polite timely and attentive. My dinner if friend chicken on a waffle was not good. The crust of the chicken was horrible. Too crusty not edible. I spent $40!! I wouldn't of thought it was worth $10. Won't go back

I was here for the holiday weekend as an out-of-towner and had heard great things about this place beforehand. Walking in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and most of the staff seemed friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, our server was a different experience altogether. She came across as rude and inattentive throughout our visit. It often took a very long time for her to return with drinks or check on our table. On top of that, she had a very strong cigarette smell, which was especially unpleasant because my girlfriend is highly sensitive to smoke odors.

After waiting about 45 minutes, our food finally arrived, and it wasnโ€™t even brought out by our server. Overall, the service really took away from what could have been an enjoyable experience

This is my first restaurant review as Iโ€™m not typically one to complain. I understand the service industry can have nights where things just donโ€™t go rightโ€” and I assume this was one of those nights.

We had a party of 9. And we did order appetizers and drinks. The drinks came and everyone at the table slowly sipped and eventually finished our drinks. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more, before our server came to take our food order.

Once our food order was taken it took at least 1hr before the food arrived. Plates were hot and food was cold. The restaurant was not busy. Maybe 2-3 other tables while we were there.

Finally, when it came to paying our bill the tickets were very messed up. We had even specified before orders were taken on how things were being split. The food was delicious but the dining experience was not impressive.

Stopped by for a little something to tide us over until dinner. My sister and I shared an appetizer of bacon wrapped dates with gorgonzola and balsamic vinegar. Yum!
