“It's been 3 years since I was last ate here, and a lot of things have changed for the better. The staff was great and our server Jessica was outstanding, she was very helpful and courteous. Which is a hard thing to find nowadays. Oh and the lunch menu is very filling and delicious, they were even super service dog friendly that alone makes the food taste even better.“

“The owner of the Valley/CDA Carusos, Jesse, was so amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. He checked in regularly, promptly answered questions, and was very organized. Our guests really enjoyed the food and there was enough for guests to get seconds and even have some left over at the end of the night! Jesse and his wife maintained the buffet for our event, and his wife even came over to let me know my favorite pizza was going quick and offered to bring me some! We are so happy we chose Carusos!“
