This place sucks. The guy at the window was a jerk. He dropped my change on the ground then quoted me a different amount of change coming back. No fry’s in our orders. Then he shut the window on us and the doors were locked so I couldn’t go back and get them. Never again.

Very slow, poor customer service, the loby is very disgusting, old food allover the floor and tables, floors are sticky looks like nothing has been cleaned in months, i never seen anything like it, definitely will not be going back to the ironwood location ever again.

My gf and I stopped in at 9:30pm on a road trip from MT to Seattle. The employees we're very accommodating, and the food was as good as I remember. There is no JITB in montana, so I have not had any in many years. Can't wait to try it again soon.

Chicken strips were really good, but the sourdough Jack wasn't toasted. The manager claimed that corporate wouldn't allow them to toast the bread for safety reasons??? Consequently the sandwich was mushy. The fountain drink machine in the lobby didn't work, so the staff had to fill drinks in the back. Fries were good, but I won't go back. They refused to give me my money back on the sandwich with 1 bite gone.

We tried banging on the door, yelling I to the drive thru speaker. I finally got fed up and laid down on the horn at the drive thru window and some fat dude comes out the back and starts cursing me off. Completely unprofessional!!!!!

I usually go to jack in the box 5 days a week. But For the last 3 weeks they have not had Dr. Perrper. I called to see if they got any in. If not I don't eat there.

We ordered breakfast and sat furthest from the counter getting ready to have a peaceful breakfast. We got our food and after we sat down we heard the big male cook cussing at Sierra, the counter person. He was very loud and gruff to her using foul language in a threatening way.We asked for his name and she wouldnt give it to us then said she didnt appreciate our concerns. She said he was her husband. I told her to keep her head up and he shouldn't talk to her like that. She said she didnt appreciate our concern, told us to have a good day and walked away. The communication between employees was unacceptable and the fact that the counter person acted as if our concern was out of line is very sad. We will not visit this location ever again.
