This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. Many customers describe excellent service, kind staff, and an above and beyond work ethic. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, often greeting returning customers by name, creating an upbeat and positive atmosphere. However, some experiences are negative. The drive-through has messed up orders a few times, and one customer had a drink lid not tight, spilling a hot drink all over them and their car. While the drink was replaced, it was incorrect. Another customer reported an extremely rude tall brunette with glasses working the drive-through who slammed the window and gave a condescending attitude. Due to this one occurrence, that customer will not return. Despite these issues, the general consensus is that the staff are nice and somewhat helpful, with one incident resulting in a $4.00 gift card as compensation.
