Union Roasters is an amazing coffee spot with the best and strongest coffee around. The coffee is absolutely amazing, sourced and roasted to perfection with different flavor notes to choose from. Their standard is 4 shots per drink. The classic strawberry matcha waffle was AMAZING, and the donuts are incredible—soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. The atmosphere is awesome, with a beautifully designed space that feels both cozy and modern. The service is amazing, with a gal in the drive through doing a great job and the BEST MACHA ever. The owner is invested in his people. The shop is always clean and a great place for meetings, especially outside in the summer. Union Roasters is definitely worth the visit.
