“Was in pick up/take out food line outside. Waited a bit too long for food. Finally got it, then realized they had our order WRONG. Went it to counter to ask to get our order correct. Staff continued to ignore all customers at counter. An UBER driver finally had to yell at them to help. Service was terrible. They need to bring back proper customer service ethics! Yes, people do make mistakes but please stop ignoring those who need help.“
“I drove an hour out to Coeur d'alene for a job and once I got into town. I reached down for my phone to map the address and I realized I forgot my phone at home. I couldn't turn around to go back and get it I would be late. The first place I saw was Mc Donalds so I went inside and told them my situation.
The girl working as busy as she was, didn't hesitate she grabbed me a paper and pen to write with and she let me use the phone so I could call home to get the address.
Meanwhile, she was running around getting orders and doing a ton of stuff all that once.
She was very kind and THOUGHTFUL.
Then on top of that I ordered a coffee to go. I got the address for my job and she helped me map it on her own phone because Mc Donalds only has a landline.
I left with directions to my job, a great coffee and exspirenced the best customer service ever! And to add on top of that she help me so fast I was in and out in 10 min because I made it to my job perfectly on time.“
“This is by a landslide the most consistent and efficient McDonald's I've ever been to. Like any fast food restaurant, they do have some bad days, but the overwhelming majority of the time my orders have been correct, hot, and yummy. I try not to get the quarter pounder too often, but when I do, it's hard to find a better place to stop.“
