“I ate at this location with about 13 other people, and staff weren't irritated at the size of my group, and they still did table service, despite that some of my group members would have gladly retrieved the food.Vegetarian options: I didn't notice a "menu" of vegetarian options, however, they have an icon that is listed next to foods that are free of meat.Parking: There is parking on the side, back, and converse side of the building, with a few designated places for pick-up and "waiting," customers.Kid-friendliness: There is not a playground, but the restaurant itself is kid-friendly. I arrived with 13 other grown adults, mostly men, and the staff wasn't irritated. I would argue that 13 children would be less likely to induce irritation, than 13 grown men ;)Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible, from the parking lot.“
“Love this McDonald's. Great service and for the most part they get you through the Drive-through quickly. My only issue with them is that I get icee's there regularly and they never fill them up all the way and when you pay over $3 for one, you want it filled all the way to the top of the lid. Other than that, they are great.“
“The SH location is exceptional! Staff always seems upbeat, and the food is usually warm/hot. The last couple of times, my food has been cold (I don't live far enough for it to get cold by the time I get home). Overall, I have been satisfied with them. “Was a nice and peaceful night inside MCDonalds. Clean and the kidos were so excited they had a play area. Food was hot and kids got Boo Buckets. This is the only time we do McDonalds is BOO BUCKETs or traveling. Oh and the customer service was kind and very nice!Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kidos. Needs a good cleaning or spray down as it has a smell...but big and kids have fun like hamsters in a cage...lol“
“I came in today and must say everyone was really friendly. It didn't seem fake either, they were genuinely nice and there was a great vibe in the air. My food was ready extremely fast which was pretty cool. I was in an okay mood today but going here definitely cheered me up. My only complaint is the fries tasted kinda old, but besides that everything was great!“

“Food looked like it was thrown at the container, so I had to go back in and ask for another one. The counter staff were cool about it, which I appreciated. She asked if everything was ok, and i just opened up the food, and she was right on it, without saying a word. It's too early to be turning around on a freeway all because someone can't place food into a package. Good thing I didn't leave the parking lot before checking what was what. Much respect to the counter staff, they didn't argue or pretend not to know what the kitchen did wrong, they did their job perfectly and made sure the customer went away happy. They saved you from a one-star review .....“
“Definitely one of the better locations around Spokane. I only ever go first thing in the morning and every employee is really nice to interact with. The quality of the food and consistency is also above average for McDonald's. Obviously management is doing something right with this “

“I liked stopping here one way on a road trip, so I stopped again on the way back. People were friendly, got my special order right (cheeseburger with extra lettuce add tomato) and brought it out to me. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Really appreciated stopping here to break up a long trip and have a treat.“
“Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!“
