McDonald's in Spokane

“They're trying to make the most in a bad location in my opinion. I will say though my order was cold and I was disappointed in it I left a message on the McDonald's app and a day later the store actually called me offered a refund or offered to just put it in a book so next time I come through I can have the meal again that's awesome customer service thank you for making it right“

“Huge shout out to Kimberly and her crew, I went in today to get the collection of godzilla toys and she was super patient with me while I ordered 13 kids meals. I got my collection for my 2 teens and it was so fast even though they were very busy and dealing with alot of people. Food was great and the service was fast and friendly. This is always my favorite location, clean and professional. Thank you so much for all your crews hard work!“

“This is our go to stop when traveling back and forth to Seattle. Always good, it was super busy this visit due to a concert in the gorge but the staff took it all in stride, no delays in service. I would like call out one young man Ben, who was exceptional in his service and politeness.“

“What's the point in having dine in option if they don't bring the food to you? I noticed this with everyone's orders around me. I don't mind getting up to get my own food, but when employees don't follow procedure, it makes you question what other policies aren't being enforced. It's the principle.“

“I was at this mcdonald's a few days ago and the service here is great and the food is always good however I noticed the employees being treated badly but another employee. I believe his name was Casey im not sure what his position is but treating other empoyees like this i hope he's not in management.“

“Great service. Great food 👍It definitely satisfied me. Everything was on point starting with the Big Mac and Fries. My nuggets were golden and cooked to perfection. My soft drink was refreshing as well. Didn't taste like tap water at all, like some other joints. Which leads me to believe they're on top of their filtration system. Good job guy's.“

“This mcdonald's even when short on staff get you through quickly and efficiently. My order has never been wrong. My mcdonald's on 9305 N Newport Hwy, Spokane, need to be trained by these employees. Full staff or not its always seems to be a struggle for them and they always mess up my order or forget something in my order.“

“I just wanted to leave a long overdue review for this specific location… my family hits up McDonald’s a few times a month either for quick dinner after kids’ sports or the occasional breakfast run. This location always gets it right - our food is good and the staff are 10/10. Have not had that consistent experience at any of the other nearby McD’s locations.“

“Earlier this week I had an issue ordering at another McDonald’s, . Even though the locations aren’t associated with each other, Sarah and the management team at the Sullivan location were incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to make me feel like my business actually mattered. And reached out to help, That’s something you don’t get a lot of in 2026. From now on, whenever I choose to eat at McDonald’s, I’ll only be buying from their locations on Sullivan in Spokane.“

“Brooke is the best. She was friendly to everyone who walked in and took my order quickly too. She seems like she brings the joy and was working so hard, & communicating well with the whole team, sweet gal.

Food was classic McDonald's food haha nothing to report here.“

“Just like going to McDonald's. The food's the same no matter which one you go to unless you get unlike you can go to one of them crappy ones where they burn everything up. This is not one of those places though this McDonald's has for at least half, they are quick to get your food out, and they are open pretty late. I would recommend this McDonald's over the others in this part of town because they are proud to be employed by such a decent company so they do a good job.“

“I go through the drive-thru way to often and usually get great service. But wheb I go in the morning and Brandi helps me, I always get a friendly smily, professionalism and warm welcome through. Brandi's warm welcome is one of the reasons I keep going back to this location.“

“I came in today and must say everyone was really friendly. It didn't seem fake either, they were genuinely nice and there was a great vibe in the air. My food was ready extremely fast which was pretty cool. I was in an okay mood today but going here definitely cheered me up. My only complaint is the fries tasted kinda old, but besides that everything was great!“

“I've only ever had one bad experience here when I was with my boyfriend and his friends, but when I called and complained about the issue it was rectified immediately and I was even offered to come in and get a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience!! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a fast food environment in a good while.“

“Gotta love the $5 McDouble meal deal. For my fellow cheapskates, I mean bargain hunters, that have not had the opportunity that would be a McDouble (or McChicken), four piece McNuggets, fries and drink for a mere $5. That'll save you some spondalicks!

“The morning crew is fantastic. Especially the manager. She always has dog treats waiting for us. She has amazing customer service and remembers us when we come. Food is a bit better than most McDonald's and is always made fresh to order. Being downtown, it is bottle bit sketchy and that lowers the atmosphere.“

“My son and I stopped here for breakfast before the start of a very long road trip. They have the usual touch screen garbage on the counters, which I refuse to use. I didn't even wait for 10 seconds before a young lady asked if she could take my order. She didn't ask me to use the kiosk, or try to help me use it. She just took my order. I appreciated that very much. The food was just some breakfast for the road. McMuffins and Hash Browns. The iced coffee was surprisingly good. Thank you for your personal service!“
