“My son and I made a trip to Davenport to pick up a purchase my son was buying on 09/13/25. Since it was so late, we couldn't find any lobby open to grab food at so we decided to try this McDonalds hoping the drive thru was big enough for my son's truck and the trailer. When we got there it wasn't and we just wanted food so we could get back on the road to home. So, I called the store and explained our situation and the guy I talked to told me to place our order online and then once we got there to call them back and they would run it out to us. I couldn't believe how AWESOME he was to us and him being willing to bring it out to us since the lobby was closed!! We were beyond grateful 🙏 The food was awesome, the bag was packed all tidy.....drinks and all!! 😊 This was the best experience we have ever had at ANY McDonald's and we will definitely be back to this location!!“
“The app really let me down today, technical difficulties sent my order to the shadow realm and messed up normal app function. Luckily AM Ivy was on the scene to help me out, making sure I got my online order cancelled and refunded, and re-placing and honoring my deal in house. She was calm and professional the entire time despite the volume going on around me, and handled my issue in a swift and decisive manner. If she doesn't make GM soon, I might offer her a position at my store!“
“We love the playplace! My kids can run off their energy indoors in the winter for the price of a Happy Meal :)
Sometimes it is a little messy as other families leave trash behind and employees dont always get to it, but the appeal of the play space outweighs it.“
“I was at this mcdonald's a few days ago and the service here is great and the food is always good however I noticed the employees being treated badly but another employee. I believe his name was Casey im not sure what his position is but treating other empoyees like this i hope he's not in management.“
“I go through the drive-thru way to often and usually get great service. But wheb I go in the morning and Brandi helps me, I always get a friendly smily, professionalism and warm welcome through. Brandi's warm welcome is one of the reasons I keep going back to this location.“
“We were behind a guy at the counter and the lady took his order and money then told my friend and I that we needed to use the kiosk. What a issue that became. Lucky we weren't late for our appointment because it took 7 min longer just to use the kiosk and then had to pay at the counter anyway. All that so she could get the guys order together. Poor service for us.“
“Amazing crew here! All good people and super friendly. One employee however, stood out. Mohammad working there is hilarious and has amazing customer service! Loved the food aswell, hot and quickly served even during a mini rush. Best McDonalds ive been to! Thanks for the amazing experience 😁“
“This mcdonald's even when short on staff get you through quickly and efficiently. My order has never been wrong. My mcdonald's on 9305 N Newport Hwy, Spokane, need to be trained by these employees. Full staff or not its always seems to be a struggle for them and they always mess up my order or forget something in my order.“
“Just like going to McDonald's. The food's the same no matter which one you go to unless you get unlike you can go to one of them crappy ones where they burn everything up. This is not one of those places though this McDonald's has for at least half, they are quick to get your food out, and they are open pretty late. I would recommend this McDonald's over the others in this part of town because they are proud to be employed by such a decent company so they do a good job.“
“This location seems to always be dirty!! Food and napkins on the tables, coffee stains and soap all over the floor and on the sofa station. They need to focus on keeping the dining room cleaner, who ever the manager is does not do a very good job of delegating chores . The dining room is not crowded to the point where it's so busy they can't have someone clean the tables.“
“I came in today and must say everyone was really friendly. It didn't seem fake either, they were genuinely nice and there was a great vibe in the air. My food was ready extremely fast which was pretty cool. I was in an okay mood today but going here definitely cheered me up. My only complaint is the fries tasted kinda old, but besides that everything was great!“
“Brooke is the best. She was friendly to everyone who walked in and took my order quickly too. She seems like she brings the joy and was working so hard, & communicating well with the whole team, sweet gal.
Food was classic McDonald's food haha nothing to report here.“
“I've only ever had one bad experience here when I was with my boyfriend and his friends, but when I called and complained about the issue it was rectified immediately and I was even offered to come in and get a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience!! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a fast food environment in a good while.“
“Gotta love the $5 McDouble meal deal. For my fellow cheapskates, I mean bargain hunters, that have not had the opportunity that would be a McDouble (or McChicken), four piece McNuggets, fries and drink for a mere $5. That'll save you some spondalicks!

“Nothing extra special about this McDonald's. The Coke with no ice, that's what I got. Fries with ketchup, that's what I got. Chicken nuggets with sweet-and-sour sauce, that's what I got. McDouble, extra onions, no pickles, that's what I got. But they did add a bunch of ketchup to the outside of my hamburger, that was kind of disappointing. Other than that, everything else seemed to be pretty much standard. Mickey D. Thank you so much.“
“Lunchtime was quite busy today. I was very impressed with Destiny's attitude and how well the other employees were working together and getting the orders out. Idk if Destiny is the manager but she was directing in a fun, positive manner.“
“They're trying to make the most in a bad location in my opinion. I will say though my order was cold and I was disappointed in it I left a message on the McDonald's app and a day later the store actually called me offered a refund or offered to just put it in a book so next time I come through I can have the meal again that's awesome customer service thank you for making it right“
