“Ok, so this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. For starters, our server (Kerry) took our order almost immediately upon arrival, and our appetizers came out promptly. The table was clear quickly after we finished those, and we didn't have to wait long for the entrees. When she served them, she asked me to cut into me steak to make sure it was the right temp. It was overcooked, and she insisted that she have them refire it and bring me one that was cooked right. My husband had the chicken dish, and he enjoyed it it was well cooked and was tasy. The second steak came quickly and was cooked perfectly. It was flavorful and delicious. I usually have low expectations when it comes to chain restaurants, but this was an excellent experience. I was very impressed. Our server Kerry needs a shout-out because she gave excellent service. We need more like her in the industry. She was amazing.“

“my husband and I went to JJs Thursday night for our first time after hearing they have such good food. Melissa the bartender was our server and let me tell you the service not only completely SUCKED but was absolutely horrible!!!!! It took fotever for her to come take our order for drinks which she literally only asked what we wanted, it took forever to get our drinks which was a beer and mixed drinks, our food sat in the kitchen window for so long that by the time we got it, it wasn't even actually hot just warm...... the place wasn't busy less than 20 people but she was just socializing. It took her a long time to even come take an order for drinks. we ate and sat there waiting til I finally took her a card and went to get boxes. She brought the card back and said there was an issue with it which is weird because it's been used at 3 places today without calling the card issuer, I gave her my debit card but she was very short and unfriendly about it. We will absolutely not be back and will not be recommending this establishment. I'd rather have McDonald's with great service than amazing food with service like we got last night from Melissa. if you're looking for a new place to try just skipthis place it's not worth the visit.“

The Clams on the Appetizer menu had a wonderful broth, but the clams themselves were so small. You could barely find them. Also, it appeared that some of my claims were actually empty. 2. The side salad was fresh. But the whole bottom of the plate was filled with water. I do appreciate that the lettuce was washed/ rinsed well, but it shouldn't go on the plate that wet. Also, the tomatoes were mushy and had no flavor.To the good stuff! The kids' Mac and Cheese was probably the best we've experienced on a kids' menu. My Chicken Piccata was perfect and so delicious! “Great food. The register lady was good. The cooks are douche. Ordered a cowboy, it came with mystery onion rings (bonus) and was missing two other ingredients, pico de gallo and peppers. I was confused as to what burger I received so I asked for a cowboy. I was met with "well do you want me to make another one" I pointed out what it was missing and they said "well we didn't put that on" and in a douche tone to boot. Sorry your job is so hard bud. “I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew working today. I have been having a rough day/week actually-& placed an order on the app (for a dr pepper, fries and pies). I waited in my car for it, when an employee brings out the drink and said the items were going to take extra time, so they came out and asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. After a bit they bring the pies and no fries. I asked if the fries were coming and the girl looked confused, but said she was going to get them. They were all so nice and the cook said-they’re ready-i just finished them-was I sure? I said ok, everyone was so nice…I decided I’ll go ahead and get some then. As she scooped them up-I took a deep breath, which I hadn’t done all week-& a calm feeling of joy just came over me. It doesn’t seem like much but it meant everything to my heart. Seconds later my eyes started leaking…and wouldn’t stop. The manager, I think she thought I was upset/angry-so she came over and as I tried to explain my day and their kindness but I think it sounded just the opposite. I wasn’t sad at all anymore-looking around-all the workers are no older than 20 and just so sweet and hard working. I couldn’t even stop the tears… My heart is full, with just their small effort-was huge. I always love Jenn and all the staff she hires. They are much like her-even in her absence they mimic her service standards. Good job-your team is excellent!!“

“DELICIOUS!!!!! The Turkey Crunch Sandwich was like nothing I’ve ever had…super fresh bread, hearty portion of meat and fresh ingredients, crunchy potato chips, and I added bacon, which was REAL bacon, not that precooked stringy crap other sandwich shops use…and whatever the sauce or aioli was on it was drool worthy. Also had a side of tots, which were perfectly crispy with a delicious house seasoning that took them to another level. I’m craving this place again and can’t wait to try more!
