“Phenomenal ice cream every time. Everything is always so fresh and he's always up with new delicious flavor combinations. Today we got maple brown sugar pecan, which is next level delicious. We also got candy corn that is super fun with the chunks of candy in marshmallow ice cream, and my favorite cookies and cream. Service is always super friendly and we are always excited when they reopen in the spring after their winter closure.“

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙“

“I love Thai and Vietnamese food, have been to Vietnam and visited lots of Thai restaurants in bigger cities.

That said, this place does a good job and me and a buddy enjoyed it. The server was really friendly and maybe a little slow as he was on his own. The food was tasty, portions were a little small for the price.

We had the papaya salad, the chicken satay, the larb, and had to get the phad khee mao (drunken noodles). The salad and the phad khee mao should both be pretty spicy but they were very very mild. I’d recommend putting a chili icon next to the menu item and bumping up the spice level or serve them with accompanying spicy condiments.

I asked the server for spicy condiments (expecting things like chili vinegar, sambal, chili garlic paste) but only got soy sauce, chili flakes in a shaker and regular vinegar. Not super authentic. That was my only criticism on food.

The atmosphere is ok, kind of ramshackle random decor on the walls; there’s a bar with a video keno machine on the counter on one side, a main dining area and the VIP area which I assume was for parties.

Overall it was pretty good, but not blowing any doors off. We spent $90 for two of us with a few beers and had a little bit leftover to take home.“

“We love to go here any time of the year. They have a very delicious assortment of flavors. Including non dairy options like daiquiri ice. I happen to be a big fan of “daiquiri ice” ice cream for over twenty years it was and is my favorite ice cream. It’s the type of treat that cools you down on a hot day, you can feel the ice cream ice crystals just melt in your mouth. Incredibly satisfying.
Their banana split is gigantic! Generous portions. Employees were competent and the place was well put together and clean.“

“4.12.26: Recently got an email from Cold Stone regarding new spring flavors: Strawberry Marshmallow and Lemon Cake Batter. Marshmallow and lemon anything are some of my favorite flavors and couldn't wait to try them.

It was my first time at this spacious location and was greeted when I walked in. I told her I was there to try the new flavors and got a scoop of each. I chose not to have mix-ins because I wanted to truly try the flavors by themselves without mix-ins influences.

The strawberry marshmallow was yum! Definitely marshmallow-like and the strawberry gave it a great flavor profile. The lemon cake batter was lemony, tart but not sour, and it really did feel like I was eating cake batter. I would get these flavors again.

Service was good, store appeared clean, and I was the only one there. It was around noon time, so I was in and out, in less than 5 minutes.“

Last time I came here the gentleman spent a lot of time explaining how to use the app and load money ahead of time. etc. today I was all prepared. I loaded money on the app before I got here and then was told to just hold my phone by the card reader. I did and it took money off my credit card and left the money on the app. the worker said she could not get my money off the app. it's simply stuck or lost. so our two moderate sized bowls of yogurt cost $30.19 I feel frustrated and ripped off."“

“I have been a regular at the North Spokane Cold Stone for several years now, and the experience is consistently awesome!! What truly sets this location apart isn't just the amazing ice cream, but their incredible team.
The employees are exceptionally outgoing, upbeat, and friendly and always ask how my day is going. It’s clear that this starts at the top; watching the manager, Shaelin, in action is such a pleasure, as nowadays, sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the norm. She is clearly skilled at her job, and takes it seriously. The most important thing to her is that her customers love the ice cream creation that the staff has made. I know that she often goes above and beyond to foster such a fantastic environment for her staff & customers.
Over the years, I’ve met many team members, such as Wyatt & Leneia, who know my custom creation, and I always enjoy chatting with them. Shaelin has got it down perfectly, and will even make it ahead of time for me!
