Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). I was under the impression you could meet the Queen at this establishment, but apparently I am a, "moron," as one of the employees stated. We argued for a moment and I challenged him to a medieval duel. He declined and asked me to leave. I threw an awesome crane kick karate combo just to see the look in his eyes. I love the blizzards, but the service could be better when dealing with royalty
I love the biscuts and gravy and the chicken strips baskets! my kids however love the treats! We will continue to keep coming for blizzards as a treat!!

However, the service can be inconsistent; one employee called a customer a “moron,” and the restaurant has never given the correct sauces asked for. The building looks creepy and gives a feeling of not wanting to be there late at night, especially for a female. On the positive side, the place is clean and very well kept. There is plenty of parking, a ramp entry for wheelchair accessibility, and free balloons for kids. The fry sauce is legit and rated 8.6/10, which is A-tier.
