Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer...
Love the onion rings even crispy when reheated later & the ice cream is lovely. The staff is friendly & helpful but in general all Dairy Queen’s are too slow to be called fast food on my opinion . On the other hand I highly recommend joining their rewards program as their points rack up quicker than any of their competitors which is a bonus for the customer because free stuff rocks. I wish they’d consider doing “mystery treat bags “...
I feel like everybody and their mom knows about Dairy Queen a lot of the staff is Young so you got to execute patience but I mean it's ice cream I don't think I've ever met somebody that got mad when they were getting handed a milkshake ha.
