I don’t know who made our sandwich today, but it was above and beyond our expectations! So delicious, we truly appreciate the effort. You can always tell when food is “slapped together”, this was not it. Even during lunch hours when I’m sure ya’ll are busy, we could tell this sandwich was made with care. Keep up the good work!
The manager Tyson immediately responded to my email when I had a complaint about my sub. I've emailed a few companies with complaints about a lackluster experience and he was the first to ever respond. Yes, the sandwich wasn't up to par, I like to give benefit of the doubt assuming it was probably a new or inexperiencd hire which I understand completely. Overall the food was fine, there was urine stains on the toilet in the men’s room.
