The lady was so kind I looked up like wow already this is gonna be a great experience. Kindness goes along way with me. The turkey ,cream cheese,cranberry sandwich and my SPROUTS 🌱 with a side of scratch made potato salad was delicious 🤤 The atmosphere was fun. 🤩 the trivia had my husband and I laughing!😆 I will definitely be giving my business to smacky’s on Broadway when I’m over there.“

“I haven't been to a Pita Pit in years since they closed all the ones in the south, and I was like a child I was so happy to come to one again. It was like everything I remember. The vibe is amazing, the food is delicious, and they serve craft beer! There was only one worker and they were absolutely holding it down on a Sunday afternoon, slinging pitas and taking orders. I am here for a week and will absolutely be back again. I wish more people knew the joy of Pita Pit.“

“I've been to this location twice and both times were exceptional. These employees are nicer than they need to be and excellent at their jobs. I'm the GM of a restaurant in South Carolina with an emphasis on hospitality and if any of the people at this location came in for an interview they would be hired. Today I had an awesome conversation with Lexi while she expertly finished cooking online orders and took orders over the phone in the background. She had great suggestions and knew the menu like the back of her hand, and the employees here are thinking of adding a employee-created custom pita menu and I can't wait to try everyone's personal fave. “I stopped by this location on June 4th around 3 PM and had a really pleasant experience. 😊 The young employee who helped me was fantastic, even though I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. I had a coupon from an email, but we couldn’t get it to work for some reason. Despite that, I still decided to order two sandwiches. 🥪 The employee was extremely polite, helpful, and worked very efficiently, which I really appreciated. The food itself tasted great and was made just right. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special since it’s inside Walmart, but the service definitely made up for it. 👍 Overall, I’d happily recommend this Subway location!“

“I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! “Order at this Subway most frequently because I live to the north of Spokane and I've had very mixed experiences ordering here. I usually order on the app when it's working and obviously depending on how busy it is is when they get to my order. But today September 11th 2026 whoever was working at 1:00 those two boys were on it. I showed up 5 minutes after I put the order in and 10 minutes earlier than my order was quoted to be ready and walked in to use the bathroom before getting my order. My sandwich was already made and bagged and waiting for me. And they had about three other customers in the store when I arrived so it's not like they weren't busy.
I hope whoever is in charge at this Subway sees this review and gives those guys a bonus or something because I was out of there so fast I didn't even really process how incredible the service was until I was on my way home.“

“Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location“

“The Subway employees were great! The sandwiches were good as always, but I wish the entire Chain would go back to the original Chicken Bacon Ranch. The Elite CBR or whatever it is they make their chicken different. I'm sure it's healthier, bit still lol. But the restaurant was clean, food was good and service was fast and friendly!“

“I always go to this subway because it is closest to me, and the sandwiches are always perfect. However, today I got a sandwich and holy COW it is probably the best subway sandwich ive ever had. A woman with orange/red hair up in a bun made my sandwich and i didnt catch her name, so i hope this gets to you somehow (i came in at 12:30PM on Saturday 06/06). You see, I get the Italian B.M.T every time because when I was a kid I lived within walking distance of the subway over in Mead, I went everyday after school and sports practice, and the B.M.T brings back memories of my childhood. The sandwich today was made exactly like how it used to taste/be made when I was a kid. Perfect portions, toasted perfectly, sauces are in every bite, it was folded and made with care, TOP tier. “I think I've gone to just about every Subway location in Spokane in Spokane valley as well as in the West plains and quite frankly this one so far is probably the best I would say that the second best one would be just down the road from Costco off of I think is it Hastings road?
All in all fantastic service quick friendly and they took care of us exactly how we asked we really appreciate them.“

They greeted us, they were attentive and communication was top notch.
