“Feels like another jimmy johns. Not the best quality food but it's filling and tastes okay. An option that's slightly healthier if you're out in Airway Heights.Parking: Big lot, grocery store adjacent.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs here whatsoever, just roll right in!“
“Both ladies that were working this visit were friendly and fast with the subs. The only reason not a 5 star was because of the store itself and not the staff. The location of the store and the lot that it's in has a very harry entrance and exit.“
“On 1/22, I placed an online order at about 6:45 pm and when I got home, I found it was made incorrectly.Frustrated, I called the store and they offered to re-make it for me. I had to drive all the way back (about 7 or 8 miles). They did remake it and I got home and it was delicious.First and most importantly, I’d like to commend the young man with curly reddish hair working on his ability to handle conflict resolution. He apologized and offered a solution immediately. That’s a good employee and he should be recognized for his professionalism.Second, whoever is making the online orders really, really, really needs to read all of the customization on the order. I can’t express how frustrating it is to order something a certain way and have it be completely inedible (mayo when I requested no mayo) once I got home and saw it.So overall not the best experience, but, as someone who worked at a famous yellow and green sandwich shop for many years in its heyday and really likes Jersey Mike’s, it was nice to see the young man working use the opportunity to flex his ability to solve problems to the customer’s satisfaction in a way that was quick, efficient, and professional.“
“Gotta admit, this was a last-minute decision and, as I pulled up, I was seriously doubting my choice to stop here. Grungy-looking Flying J. Basically, a rebranded mini-mart that you get to by exiting the highway and going through no less than three roundabouts.Interesting customers (inside and outside). Interesting workers (in the mini-mart). This Subway is about the size of a closet. Not sure I have seen one this small. There were a couple of people ahead of me. A female was working solo initially. Another employee came back from break and started to help as well (clearly, a trainee). The female finally got to me. AMAZING! Great disposition. Conversational and efficient. I ordered a salad. She made it as I requested. I paid. And I left. I wish I got her name because she deserves a raise given how great she was in providing excellent customer-service in this less-than-appealing location. Those negative reviews? Geesh, some of you are just interested in whining! Did you notice where this location is located?!?! You complain it isn’t open 24hrs., but then some of you actually post the message explaining why. So, what do you expect them to do? I mean, be fair. Not sure I would ever go here again (like I said, a last-minute decision). But I would consider coming here again if that female employee was working. Can’t be an ideal spot to work. But she made the experience much better than I was expecting. Thanks for helping me out when I needed some dinner on the go!“
“1.3.24: Completely wow'd with how delicious my sandwich was and had ordered the Classic Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and loaded with veggies. I love the self-serve sides bar, where they had peppers, jalapenos, pickles, and different sauces. My favorite is to mix the BBQ, honey mustard, and a little horseradish all together. The Italian came with pepperoni, salami, capicola, ham, provolone cheese. black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and red wine vinaigrette. The airport wasn't too busy and service was great.“
“Pre ordered 45 minutes a head and was not ready, Even called to advise it had to be ready by 11:30, was told no problem!! 30 minute lunch had to wait in line after 3 other people. Made when I got there, after my turn in line. Then the jerky guy said "well that's life" so had to wait for my next break to eat my lunch.???“
“I usually order online and pick up... I think Bruchi's is seriously underrated. I always love me a steak or chicken and bacon with pepper jack. I also add Pineapple and pepperoncinis. Call me weird, but I love that combo and it's delicious! Plus you can't beat the price these days.“
“Quick. Like kind of absurdly quick. Like you order, walk to another room and someone's knocking on your door quick. With great speed comes mistakes however. The food is almost always as expected, HOWEVER...and this is my only pet peeve from ordering here. They really seem to forget straws on the regular. Ignoring that, not bad for when you're trying to get a quick lunch sandwich and you're juggling a million other things to do. Just bring your own straw.“
“I'm not that impressed usually with this Subway. They don't honor coupons & their prices are higher than downtown Seattle! I have been going here since I moved here 2 years ago.I have been here several times when the servers were very rude! Today was a total exception on service! A young lady named Sarah S. was outstanding in every aspect from greeting me,making the sandwich & checkout. I dined in and noticed that she was equally excellent to all she encountered.I eat out quite a bit in Cheney & she has been the best server I've come in contact with!!!!“
“I had the shamus famous and my wife had the smokehouse. As always my shamus was amazing, piled high with corned beef. While my wife enjoyed the smokehouse she noted that there was a bit to much mayo. But all in all they were incredible sandwiches! A must go to!“
