“Fresh made sandwiches so don't be in a rush, if you are go elsewhere. Staff is "usually" pretty good. I have learned to know exactly what you want on it and to to speak clearly or you get the eye roll lol. Sometimes, it's better to walk in than the drive thru“

“I gotta give a shout out to Aaron (I think that was the guys name). This was the second time I've ordered with him recently and he's such a nice guy. Very customer service forward. He makes the sandwiches just how we order and is such a good kid. Very kind. Very friendly. Hope to see him making our sandwiches in the future. “I’m solely giving this place 5 stars because of Traci, the GM and anyone below her. If this place messes something up, doesn’t know exactly how something is made. DONT GET MAD AT THE KID WORKING. Get mad at the training and development provided by upper management. As they promise a full training program and don’t even offer any of it after day one. Don’t allow GMs to work the hours needed to train and develop themselves then gets frustrated when crew isn’t trained and developed perfectly to fit James mold of an employee. James has destroyed the integrity of working for this company.“

“Jimmy John's is usually Jimmy John's, but today this Jimmy John's had an extra helpful staff member. He answered all my "weird" questions and was happy to do it. The staff was clean after we got our food, great to see. The bathroom was clean. However, you will need a key to use the restroom. All that said, I believe the roast beef had Italian season on it, which throw of my wraps taste, but it was "ok." I had the Billy club wrap, and my guess enjoyed her Beach Club, but she always likes that sandwick.“

“There is a phenomenal take on a French Dip, called the Mom’s Dip! If you like Pesto go for the Baby J’s, definitely one of my Favorites! I love the Appleway Salad as well!You wont leave hungry! The Italian has 4 meats! Don’t forget to check out their desserts! I’ve never had a bad experience there.

“Such an amazing experience - the place is immaculate, ingredients are fresh and nicely contained thanks to Kellen who you can tell truly takes his job seriously.
