“Came on a Thursday evening. They’re only open for lunch and dinner M-F, so keep that in mind. I’ve been looking for a good sushi place since moving to the area, and I’d say Little Kyoto takes #1 in distance and quality. We ordered the Butterfly (left) and Hawaiian (right) rolls, and they were both delicious. The butterfly has a good mix of different fish, good flavor, and a mild radish-wasabi flavor. The Hawaiian was a sweeter roll but not overpowering. Mix it with soy sauce, and it’s a good balance. Service was good and fish wasn’t fishy. I will be returning (in fact, I want it for dinner again tonight).”

“Flame and cork was a great host for our work party, the staff was amazing, and shut down the whole restaurant so it was just my office at the party, the pizza and charcuterie boards as well as drinks were fairly priced and a tatsed great, and delicious with a good variety of gourmet pizzas. “If it tells anyone anything, we drive in from Spokane to eat here, even after moving away. All the food here is so tasty, the staff and owner are so sweet and fun, the atomosphere and decor is so cute, and we always leave stuffed and happy! I also always look forward to the beginning of the month for their specials sheet. They get creative and have fun whipping up a themed menu that is always top notch. Pro tip: Always order a cinnamon roll. No matter how stuffed we are. My husband isn't even a cinnamon roll fan, but he always helps me devour one. We haven't found another cinnamon elsewhere like Belle's cinnamon rolls. 😩✨️”

Let me get this straight, you drive there, order your pizza, pay for it, take it home…and then you have to cook it? At first, it feels like you got scammed. Like, “Wait…I’m doing the last 20%? That’s the part I came here to avoid.”

But then it hits you....

You pull that pizza out of your oven, and suddenly you’re acting like you handcrafted it from scratch. You’re checking the crust like a professional, calling people over like, “Hey, dinner’s ready,” as if you didn’t just slide a tray into the oven and set a timer.

And honestly...It’s solid. The pizza comes out hot, fresh, and way better than it has any right to be for something you technically had to finish yourself. The crust actually has that just made feel, which makes you forget you were mildly annoyed 20 minutes ago.

The real advantage here is control. Want it a little crispier...Done. Want to pretend you’re eating healthier because you baked it at home...Also done. Want to stand in your kitchen staring through the oven window like you’re on a cooking show...This is your moment.

The only downside is the mental battle every time: Do I want pizza bad enough to cook? Most of the time, the answer is yes…but you’ll question it every single visit.

Final verdict: 9/10. You do a little work, but you get fresh, solid pizza and the illusion of being way more productive than you actually were. Honestly, not a bad trade.”

“An employee named Madison was very kind to my daughter on her birthday she gave my daughter a free drink on her tab, she deserves a raise, and she's very sweet. She even left a little happy birthday note on the drink, and it made my daughter's day.”

“I love milk and honey it’s my favorite coffee stand but they really need to do something about when people are ordering food because it is causing long lines and waits when somebody’s only getting one cup of coffee. A good solution would be to ask those getting food especially if they’re getting more than one item and there’s a line piling up if they could pull off to one of the parking spots and someone will run it out to them when it’s done. No one should be Sitting behind the person waiting for their order for more than 10 minutes. On weekdays I have to purposely leave enough room in front of me to make sure I don’t get cornered in by cars on each end so I can leave if I have to way too long. (Don’t want to be late to work)”

“This is a cheerful little SB inside the Safeway grocery store in Hayden. I have been very impressed with the staff here. The staff is friendly and polite and they make excellent drinks. They're very fast as well, much quicker than the other SB I've been to. I like to zip in there on my way to work.”

“I love this place. It’s basically an “upscale dive bar” — and I mean that as a compliment. This isn’t a craft cocktail lounge, but it has all the essentials: karaoke, darts, pool, and a few other bar games to keep you entertained. There’s no kitchen, but if you get hungry, a Pizza Hut is just down the strip mall.

The drink specials are a bit of an adventure. Odds are better than even that the bartender will need to check the promo recipe card from the distillery to figure it out — but credit where it’s due, they know the “magic ratios” of a good cocktail, so it usually turns out just fine.

It can get loud, which makes it fantastic for people-watching (and a safe bet if you don’t want your date to overhear you nervously talking about your ex). Lively, colorful crowd, and you don’t have to trek downtown for the atmosphere.

I’m not the most social butterfly, so I can’t vouch for the friendliness factor, but if you’re looking for energy, games, and a fun night out without pretense, this is your spot.”
