Noodle Express Reviews
Horrible customer service tried ordering put in hold indefinitely. Get to location refused to take my order unless I came inside
My friend ordered food tonight for delivery. She ordered extra sauce, and got none at all. the food looked as dry as the Sahara Desert! When she finally got a hold of this location in the valley, it was a so sad too bad attitude! this location has gone way downhill
I've been going to Noodles Express for years and lately it has really gotten bad. Food is not prepared well way over cooked. Terrible customer service. Wrong orders and the staff is rude. Portion sizes keep getting smaller. only thing keeping them going is the general poor quality of fast food in Spokane.

Noodle Express is a restaurant that offers good food and a clean eating area. The menu includes vegetarian options, and customers can serve themselves with sauces and to-go boxes without bothering the staff. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, providing plenty of parking spaces, although customers may need to walk a short distance if parking is not available nearby. The service at Noodle Express is generally good, with staff working hard to meet customers' needs. However, there have been some recent complaints about the service, including a lack of lemon wedges at the condiment station and issues with communication from the staff. The restaurant has received praise for its food, particularly the dynamite chicken, which some customers find delicious. However, not all menu items have been well-received; for example, pot stickers were criticized for being too hard and not edible during a recent visit. Overall, Noodle Express is a great option for those looking for a satisfying meal, but some recent experiences have raised concerns about consistency in both food quality and service.
