Picked up a takeout order and they had it sitting on the floor. Yes, I said floor. While it was in a plastic bag I don't want my food sitting on the floor. Keep it on the shelf at the kitchen to keep warm and keep bugs out of the bag. NOT professional and probably against the health code.

Can get your own sauces and to go boxes without bothering the help.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes but I didn't pay much attention to them since I am not a vegetarian. Sorry about that but dud see it on the menu board.Parking: Noodle Express is located in a stripe mall, so there is plenty of parking, but you may have to walk in if there is no parking close by.

The new manager that runs this location now is lackluster to say the least. The food has gone down hill, service has gone down hill, and overall atmosphere has plummeted. The new manager likes to ridicule her employees in the lobby where her other employees and customers can hear about private matters that should be spoken about in a closed office. Such a sad sight to see how these hard working employees are treated compared to the atmosphere with the last general manager. I will no longer support this business and neither should you!

Absolutely unequivocally and by far thee most extraordinary service I've ever received. Olivia was most kind, caring and professional in helping me. I drove in on whilst on my maiden cruise on my new Can-Am Maverick X3 RR Turbo. It was a very long drive, 11 tank fills, 16+ hours and over 1,000 mile maiden voyage. I was famished.Arrived, just tired and worn through. I ordered and was given unbelievably extraordinary service. Olivia had my order spot on and just exactly as I had asked. Double bagged to keep it safe and a little warmer. The heated seats helped like a hot plate. No surprises or disappointing opening once I arrived home about an hour later. Just hit the spot.Just a note: not ever wishing to embarrass this young lady but Olivia went out of her way to help me and I greatly appreciated her help. As I said, professional, exceptional and extremely extraordinary on customer service.Noodle Express has an outstanding team player and it was my honor having her assist with my meal. I had to test it and check all added safety gear and what Specalty Recreation in Coeur d'Alene had added to keep Karter, my grandson and I safe. I had left my home around 1am that night and after 16+ hours on the road, I finally stopped for long deserved hot meal.Noodle Express caught my attention and had me do a U-Turn on highway 95 at the first traffic light. After removing my helmet and a bit of a stretch I walked in and was greeted by this incredible, bright smile from this young lady, Olivia. Noodle Express ended a rather long and tiring, but very funfilled exciting day. It couldn't have ended more perfect. A giant respectful thank you to Olivia at the Hayden Noodle Express. You really did make a huge impression to this man and you're incredibly awesome. Truly! ?Thank you,JohnnyCheers... ?? ??Proudly retired United States Air Force. Panda Express is better. I got the Thai Curry & it was almost there flavor wise but then also completely lacked all the great elements that make up good Thai food. The veggies weren't cooked enough and we're still raw and hard. Ate it to fill my hungry tummy but didn't enjoy it & left the leftovers. My husband ordered the beef teriyaki and didn't mind it.

I am not impressed to say the least food to longer than expected, my husbands noodles were lunk warm burnt egg roll my noodles were swimming in soy sauce very salty an the service consisted of slamming out bowl on the table we will not eat there again definitely not worth the money
Must have been a menu change since the last time I was here a few months ago because the portion size was noticeably, and comically smaller than I remember. I usually like to spend less than $10 for lunch, so I opted for a smaller size, but this size would only be suitable for a child. I wouldn't trust now that the larger/reg size would be worth it, how do I know I wouldn't be similarly disappointed. Food is tasty, have always loved it.

Yakisoba noodles with chicken was a big hit with my kid, a little salty, but still good. I ordered the Singapore rice bowl with chicken. It tasted good, a little bit of a mellow flavor. Maybe more sauce with the rice would have been better. I really wish they gave more of the slaw with the rice bowls.

I ordered the curried noodle dish. Not a fan. I’m a big fan of red Thai curry but this didn’t have the flavor profile or curry. I still need to try some other dishes here, but would recommend a redo on the curry dish recipe.

Must have been a menu change since the last time I was here a few months ago because the portion size was noticeably, and comically smaller than I remember. I usually like to spend less than $10 for lunch, so I opted for a smaller size, but this size would only be suitable for a child.
