“They have a big selection of beer and also serve cocktails. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable when asked about a couple of the brews on tap. We had a variety of pizzas at the table, which were all really good. The only complaint from one person was that the Margherita pizza didn't have a red sauce.“

As a wedding photographer in the region, I get to see SO many venues and they're all unique... but the Hagadone Event Center really stands out as a special one. Views for DAYS; the perfect North Idaho lakeside-glam vibe you are looking for. The staff is always so sweet and amazing to work with, and the images we can capture on the lakeside are insane (especially at sunset!). The food is amazing, the space is open/welcoming + elegant at the same time, and the grounds are just so peaceful and lovely.I always jump at the chance to shoot a wedding here; and if you are considering booking yours, look no further and DO IT. There's a reason they're so popular and you don't want to miss out on your date getting taken, for SURE!!“

“It was rented for my sister n bro in laws 50th wedding anniversary. It was clean n they were very friendly n helpful. We used the kitchen n made all kinds of food n there was more then ample space to do everything. All in all a great success.“
“I think Capone’s is a good Rorschach test of people’s temperaments. If you don’t like it, you are likely experiencing an off night or being a bit of a ding-dong. If you like it, you are a local or a long-time customer who understands what it does, and doesn’t, do. If you love it, well, you are a fan. Good for you.I am a fan who likes it. Some items aren’t great. Others are amazing . . . for what they are described as being. The Idaho Nachos? Simple bar food that does exactly what it should. Some of the pizzas? Slightly different from what I am used to eating, but amazing when they slide onto the table. I wouldn’t drink wine here. But the beer selection is good.I find the servers to be generally amazing, especially considering the crowds with which they deal. I find the prices to be reasonable. I keep coming back. And I will continue to do so.Some of the negative reviews--and they are thankfully overshadowed by the positive four- and five-star reviews--read as if they were written by people with keyboards missing keys. Other read like bougie people showing their ‘know-it-all’ because this place is local or was featured on DDD. Others? Yeah, I am sure there have been misses here. It happens. Take a breath. Try it again. Then consider what you want to write. But knuckle-dragging your snot-negative reviews onto Google doesn’t make the world a better place. You also end up seeming like . . . well, you know.Capone’s is a great local place. It does what it suggests. It can be loud. It can be busy. But both of those things suggest why you should try it if you want a local hang that isn’t dripping in pretension.Recommended.“
“Capones has great pizza. It's always a bit noisy in the restaurant, but it is a sports bar! Their prices were a bit higher this time and blacked out on the menu, sixty dollars for a pitcher of beer and two med. pizzas, I don't think so!I realize the price of food everywhere has gone up, causing restaurants to pass that along to the customers to stay in business. Very frustrating to everyone.“
“The food menu used to be what we came for. Now, they've deleted the very items that made it worth it. The Reubens, the fish and chips, the taco salad to name a few. They HAD the best fries in town. And now they screwed that up and replaced with hand made fries. Soggy and burnt. We're bummed.“
