“Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

Everything we had was absolutely amazing, hot, quickly prepared, and well priced and such great service! The Philly was spot on with flavor. The burgers were thick and juicy. Fried and onion rings were fried perfectly. And not to mention the sauce bucket that was brought to the table. Ranch, fry sauce, honey mustard, BBQ sauce and on and on. No little cups of sauce which was amazing for a guy like me who needs to dip his fries.

“The guy working in the dining room at approximately 8:05 pm on 6/29/2026 deserves a raise. I’m not sure his name but he is on the shorter side and had a low bun. In the time we were here he single handedly cleaned the whole place and no crumb was left. He silently worked and restocked the condiments and swept the floors, invisible to most. But not me.
