“Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

“I usually get the Philly which is worth the $9 and today I decided to try a $7 burger and it's the size of a Junior bacon cheeseburger worth $3.50. The Philly is amazing and fries are good!“

“We’ve ordered from here quite a few times. (Only stopped because we moved away temporarily) It’s always fresh, consistent, delish and filling. You get a lot of food for reasonable prices. “Best Applebee's experience i have had in years. Our waiter was great, ans food was great. Their was a mistake made in the kitchen, but the waiter fixed it right away and was very apologetic. Had a girls lunch here and didn't feel rushed.“

“The burger was excellent and the fries were very good. Its a quick serve restaurant, not fast food. That means your food is made fresh when you place your order, so it does take a few minutes. My son and I played 4 games of mini uno in the time it took to make our food. It was worth the wait. The staff was nice and the environment was clean.“

“Fantastic food and amazing service. Ate here with our (handful is an understatement) grandchildren. The waitress was wonderful with the grandkids and not only met, but exceeded every expectation of a former server. Thank you so much Alene! Will definitely be back if ever in the area again.“

“Don't know if they got a new cook or what, but their burgers were better than ever! I was sad they didn't have the fried pickles any more, but the garlic bites didn't disappoint. I love the different options for the kids menu, there's always something my picky kids will eat!“

“Have been there twice and both times Placed a mobile pick up order and it was ready pretty much right when it said it would be. No cars in line. No wait. All the food was good. Burger, chicken nuggets, korean chicken, and chicken club sandwiches. We all liked the onion rings, fries, and sweet potatoe fries. Sauce is good. My only negative comment would be the club sandwich bread was a tad greasy. Overall the quality is way better than their neighboring fast food. Next going to try the salads. I like that there is a variety of foods for each individuals interests. Also check your emails. There have been coupons for free items.“

“Every time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s location I was absolutely satisfied. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and I got that at this location. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff was super friendly and super nice. They got

“I went through the drive-thru tonight around 6:00 p.m. for the Jack in the box on Ramsey they were the most efficient drive-thru that I have been through yet the gentleman taking my orders intending to drive through was so nice very professional customer service was outstanding I would definitely recommend and I will return for sure“

“Was in pick up/take out food line outside. Waited a bit too long for food. Finally got it, then realized they had our order WRONG. Went it to counter to ask to get our order correct. Staff continued to ignore all customers at counter. An UBER driver finally had to yell at them to help. Service was terrible. They need to bring back proper customer service ethics! Yes, people do make mistakes but please stop ignoring those who need help.“

“Sometimes all you need is a solid cheeseburger. Anywhere else, this would be average, but the cost, sauces, and quality of the meat elevate the burger to… pretty good. But you’re probably not going here for the food in particular, more for the historical building and cozy counter service.
Cooks and bartenders were fantastic, but be aware that there’s only about 15 seats total inside the joint. Plan accordingly if you have a larger party.
Overall, I have nothing to complain about. I’d happily come back here.“
