“Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

“This is a very well deserved 5 star review. The worse thing about this place is deciding what to order. Everything we had was absolutely amazing, hot, quickly prepared, and well priced and such great service! The Philly was spot on with flavor. The burgers were thick and juicy. Fried and onion rings were fried perfectly. And not to mention the sauce bucket that was brought to the table. Ranch, fry sauce, honey mustard, BBQ sauce and on and on. No little cups of sauce which was amazing for a guy like me who needs to dip his fries.
I could go on for days about the food and service here, but honestly, you need to just stop by and try some great food!“

“I usually get the Philly which is worth the $9 and today I decided to try a $7 burger and it's the size of a Junior bacon cheeseburger worth $3.50. The Philly is amazing and fries are good!“

“We’ve ordered from here quite a few times. (Only stopped because we moved away temporarily) It’s always fresh, consistent, delish and filling. You get a lot of food for reasonable prices. Everyone working clearly enjoys being there. It’s your perfect mom and pop type shop. The vibes are always the best! Glad to be back home! Can’t wait to visit more and more“

“The guy working in the dining room at approximately 8:05 pm on 6/29/2026 deserves a raise. I’m not sure his name but he is on the shorter side and had a low bun. In the time we were here he single handedly cleaned the whole place and no crumb was left. He silently worked and restocked the condiments and swept the floors, invisible to most. But not me. He was just perfect. Thank you no named fella. Because of you I will return to five guys.“

“I went through the drive-thru tonight around 6:00 p.m. for the Jack in the box on Ramsey they were the most efficient drive-thru that I have been through yet the gentleman taking my orders intending to drive through was so nice very professional customer service was outstanding I would definitely recommend and I will return for sure“

“This had been recommended to us by several individuals. We loved the old diner vibe and watching our burgers being made before us. Hamburger is made into patties and grilled as you sit around the diner bar. You can't get fresher than that. However, it wasn't my favorite hamburger ever. Enjoyed the experience.“
