“I think Capone’s is a good Rorschach test of people’s temperaments. If you don’t like it, you are likely experiencing an off night or being a bit of a ding-dong. If you like it, you are a local or a long-time customer who understands what it does, and doesn’t, do. If you love it, well, you are a fan. Good for you.I am a fan who likes it. Some items aren’t great. Others are amazing . . . for what they are described as being. The Idaho Nachos? Simple bar food that does exactly what it should. Some of the pizzas? Slightly different from what I am used to eating, but amazing when they slide onto the table. I wouldn’t drink wine here. But the beer selection is good.I find the servers to be generally amazing, especially considering the crowds with which they deal. I find the prices to be reasonable. I keep coming back. And I will continue to do so.Some of the negative reviews--and they are thankfully overshadowed by the positive four- and five-star reviews--read as if they were written by people with keyboards missing keys. Other read like bougie people showing their ‘know-it-all’ because this place is local or was featured on DDD. Others? Yeah, I am sure there have been misses here. It happens. Take a breath. Try it again. Then consider what you want to write. But knuckle-dragging your snot-negative reviews onto Google doesn’t make the world a better place. You also end up seeming like . . . well, you know.Capone’s is a great local place. It does what it suggests. It can be loud. It can be busy. But both of those things suggest why you should try it if you want a local hang that isn’t dripping in pretension.Recommended.“
“I've lived here for six years. Great drinks, wonderful bartender, I was seeing rainbows.. gave me the best of the finest over and over at a good price. The "wave to no one troll game" from the bartender was priceless. Change your music to modern edm/hiphop/ vibezzzzzz and I'll be there every weekend. Move your bar over and make a dance floor and I'll fill your building every weekend! Great place, turn it down soothe bartenders can hear drink requests and it's a banger for unicorn rainbow city “
“Been going off and on for years. Always say they have the best fried food in townI am sure they offer other options but. Just never explored those options. Had fun at trivia. The person leading the trivia wasn't that lively but had fun trying to come up with answers with our team and competing with other patrons nearby. Good staple to the community.“
“My first visit, definitely not my last, the place is awesome... golf simulators are a must. Only downfall is only open till 9pm.. at least that's what I was told.. but food was awesome and brew on tap is better then ALOT of other places I have been.....“
“Bar atmosphere- this was the First time @ Stormin Norman's! We were in Cda for an overnight stay and decided to try stormins for breakfast. The food was great and the bloody Mary's were delicious! Our server was very friendly and we even bought a souvenir t-shirt.“
“We came in here for a few quick drinks and a nice dinner. The margarita shakers are the way to go for drinks. They have a few different flavors but they’re $11-$12 a piece but they give you the shaker and there’s three-four more drinks in it after your first. The wings were amazing and my steak was phenomenal. So much better than our Applebees at home.“
“Tucked away in Seltice in the old schoolhouse is a great spot to grab a beer and some grub. Food was great and good sized portions. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was cool. We'll definitely go back on one of our 'date nights' now that the kids are gone“
