“I used to love this place. now the only reason to go here is for the cars in the summer. I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.“

“We tried the Italian Experience on 21AUG2026. A++ If you have never tried one of these dining experiences, you have missed out. Decorated tables. 4 courses with drinks at each course. Drawings throughout the evening for fantastic gift bags were included with the cost of the meal. Everyone receives the same food and it gives the table a chance to talk about each item between courses!!!! Well done, Black Angus!!!!!!!“

The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). “We used to love this Zips but not anymore. The quality of the food has really declined over the last few years. We decided to try again tonight and my burger didn't even have a teaspoon of ketchup and there was no mustard. Dry burger. I'm so disappointed. Sorry to say but we will have to make the drive to Trent to get out burgers and fries.“
