“We are in town from Indiana visiting friends for the week. They took us to C&G today for Easter brunch and I have nothing but great things to say- we got right in to a table without waiting, the food was INCREDIBLE and service was top tier. Thanks for the great memory!!!“
“Not only is Char an extremely talented brewer, the atmosphere and set up of the bar is always top notch. We love to stop by during our bike rides to grab a quick drink. Their stouts and IPAs are always amazing, but I particularly love the sours. They also host cool events like art-making and Halloween parties. If you’re looking for a classy but fun place to hang out, and have excellent tasting beer to go with, check out Badass Backyard Brewing.“

“Excellent service always. Routinely good iced mochas, but their London Fog needs work (both hot and iced…I bought one of each and added tea bags). The earl grey tea is sub-par and the noticeably cheap syrup tasted like chemicals (nothing like vanilla)—it gave me a sore throat. They didn’t have lavender syrup. (Nearby competitor has outstanding London Fogs). Thankfully, Ryan C. redeemed my poor experience tonight with outstanding customer service and made things right. This review would have been 3 stars, but Ryan’s professionalism and wonderful personality bumped it to 4, as did the always excellent 5 star service I have received at each visit. The atmosphere gets 5 stars as well. Always clean, bright and cheerful. Love the music!?“

“AMAZING AND SWEET STAFF!!!! omg I can't believe the coincidence of moving to this area from Kansas City area and meeting another new friend there from my hometown! The food is basic deli style and very satisfying, the drinks are addicting, and what a sweet environment. So stoked this is a regular spot for my spouse and I!!“

“Great food and the lady that worked there was nice. She even told us about a special to get a better deal. Since it was close to what we were ordering. My all time favorite was the crazy eight cheese sticks. Wow!!! We went there for lunch and to celebrate our anniversary. Love the history information on the tables. Thank you for the great lunch!“

“The best staff at pines location! Claudia, courtney, carly, josie, stephan, and all the other employees there have been nothing but awesome for the 4 years I've been purchasing coffee from Dutch Bros. Many other locations to choose from but, I choose pines location! Thank you guys for being the best“

“Love that there is a new location right off the highway and near the area I was visiting. The only downside is how you have to get to it since the city of Spokane put a round-a-bout right at the freeway exit. If you are coming from the north you have to go around the roundabout to get to it(no left turn).“

“Always friendly. Always efficient. Always delicious. What I appreciate most: staff was always just as polite and service-oriented to this (until recently) homeless guy who rarely for the last decade had the money for this luxury, but who just sometimes needed some iced or hot water in my bottle or thermos. There are a distressing number of local & national businesses where —sometimes with money in hand + a few places I used to spend money regularly back in the days when I never had to worry about money— I, myself, have been (& have also seen friends be) treated belittlingly, made to feel inferior.Over the course of 9 years living "unhoused" I have experienced being treated the following ways:• blatantly ignored, • charged more than others, • kept waiting longer than others (sometimes they came in after me), & • otherwise openly insulted or even physically attacked. (I am, for the record quite visibly handicapped. Lost both feet to frostbite 2nd winter outdoors. Some of this happened while I was in a wheelchair. I doubt I'm the only one with such stories.)My partner & I were even once, at a downtown fast food place, where we paid almost $20 (for what for us was usually a rare treat) literally served refuse of of their garbage can instead of the food we ordered.Anyway, getting back to the point, I have experienced way, way, way more kindness than otherwise. For every act of rudeness, I've had a score of touchingly thoughtful gestures. For every look of disdain or derision, they've been a dozen "good mornings" or "God bless yous".& Most importantly, for every time I have ever gone to any Dutch Bros. anytime for any reason there i have never once in any way been treated with anything other than the highest level of service, as if I were the most valuable customer ever. That is a human kindness that words can barely begin to express my gratitude for. Anytime that I am ever able to purchase a coffee beverage for myself, I will only choose Dutch Bros.My eternal gratitude ?“

“Every time I go to WDC I leave with a new favorite drink. The South Hill location is over the top with customer service and Morgan specifically is always down to get creative for me! Always love my experience with WDC!“
