“(4.5) Roost has consistently been the best coffee house in Pullman. The coffee is superior and the breakfast food menu is top notch. The hash browns are crispy, which is a rarity. I like the eggs Benedict, avocado toast with eggs, and the breakfast sandwich. My husband loves the breakfast burrito and our daughter is obsessed with the baked oatmeal. Their pastries are good, but too sweet (this is where they lose a quarter point), and they have gf options. The lunch menu is not quite up to the quality of the breakfast menu (another quarter point lost), but still good.“

“I just stepped into a time capsule because Rico’s has not changed a bit since i last visited in the early 90’s, and i mean that in the best way possible. Priyanka (i hope that’s correct) took care of us, and was exceptional in every way - she’s awesome. Prices are very reasonable, food was tasty, and our drinks were great too. 10 out of 10 and a very easy place to recommend.“

Crab cakes for a starter were delicious and mostly crab ...not alot of filler.
Catfish poboy as a wrap was yummy.
Chicken and asparagus pasta could be enough for 2 people and was very tasty.
They have a very deep list of whiskeys and Scotch if you are so inclined.

They were quite busy (like all restaurants because of "move-in day") and the wait was rather long but the food was quite good and very reasonably priced. Wait staff was very friendly. Loved the fries! Will return here on my next visit to WSU.“
