“By far the best brisket I’ve ever had. I’ve never been a big fan of brisket fat but that’s my favorite part of their brisket it’s melts in your mouth. Only thing I don’t like from there is their Mac and cheese which I rarely find Mac and cheese I don’t like. I wish they had a baked Mac and cheese and right before it was done through it in the smoker for 10 minutes. I’d come there every day lol.”

Simone was the sweetest server, super helpful with showing us how the dining experience worked. The ingredients were beautiful and fresh, and the robot service was fun -- she talks to you! We ordered one clear broth and one spicy, both accommodated in separate sections of the hot pot. I got chili oil on the side, but didn't need it. Mine was spicy enough at level 3. Thuy came by to ask how the meal was, and we chatted at length with her and partner Brian. They seemed genuinely happy to meet us and that is so hard to find these days. We also love going to Thuy's other restaurant, the Mongolian BBQ which is better/cleaner/fresher than some other similar Mongolian places in the area. To-go containers are styrofoam, so just be cautious because we took ours home and the next morning the broth had seeped through the styrofoam, leaking slightly onto our fridge shelf. We turned the table pot off a while before taking to-go, but it may have been still too hot. Suggest they go with plastic to-go containers just to be safe. But with enough leftovers for another bowl of pho, it's like getting two meals out of the price of one. Overall a fantastic experience and we'll come back again! P.S. I read some of the prior reviews here, and we didn't have any issues that others did. Maybe this staff just needed to some grace after the grand opening to improve the service with a new staff. All went well for us in their second month of opening, no complaints from us!”

“I've never been here in person but we order espresso beans (Lofty Skies blend) monthly for our home espresso. They typically roast and ship our order within a day or less of placing it. When the beans get to us here in Texas they are about a week old or less and at optimal flavor. We love these beans! The flavor and quality is superior and they are very affordable compared to other roasteries. You've got a happy customer here!”

I was hesitant on the cheesecake blizzard because I thought it'd be too heavy with the cheesecake chunks and caramel cups. I was wrong--it was a great combo and I'd get it again. The pretzel sticks were hot and soft and not too salty. It was the perfect snack.”

Every once in a while I crave chicken from zips flattened to perfection. A chicken tender so crispy it its rivals schnitzel but still juicy and succulent on the inside. I ordered from this location tonight and they graciously crafted for me the aforementioned delicacy. They were even so kind to inscribe my bag with a custom note indicating they took special attention to flatten my chicken as requested and include an analog smiley emoji. Kudos and accolades to these heros of Zips.”

Not only was my pizza perfect, she was very friendly and presented herself with a smile. Unlike your other store on Sullivan. She didn't cook the lettuce and tomatoes with my pizza that makes it mushy. She put the lettuce and tomatoes last after cooking the pizza. My pizza was just delicious. She needs to come over to the Sullivan branch and teach them how to cook ( lol ). So now I will continue to go to the Trent location instead of the Sullivan branch. Every once in a while I crave chicken from zips flattened to perfection. A chicken tender so crispy it its rivals schnitzel but still juicy and succulent on the inside. I ordered from this location tonight and they graciously crafted for me the aforementioned delicacy. They were even so kind to inscribe my bag with a custom note indicating they took special attention to flatten my chicken as requested and include an analog smiley emoji. Kudos and accolades to these heros of Zips.”
