“The owner of the Valley/CDA Carusos, Jesse, was so amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. He checked in regularly, promptly answered questions, and was very organized. Our guests really enjoyed the food and there was enough for guests to get seconds and even have some left over at the end of the night! Jesse and his wife maintained the buffet for our event, and his wife even came over to let me know my favorite pizza was going quick and offered to bring me some! We are so happy we chose Carusos!“

You can tell when the lava cakes come out absolutely PERFECT. Plus their thin crust pizza is amazing and so delicious.

“We just tried SmokeRidge BBQ, this last Saturday. It was great, the food all tasted amazing. The quantities were more than adequate. The service was top notch, and the owners were extremely nice. We were able to go on a tour of the train, what an atmosphere. We also found out from the owner they have a wood fired pizza oven that is going to be installed. We will definitely be back, it will be one of our go to places. Thank you SmokeRidge BBQ.“

“Pizza here has always been top notch. My only gripe is the extra sauce we ordered. We ordered a side of marinara and a side of ranch. The marinara was fine, but the ranch was this little tiny half sized souffle cup. Felt like a rug-pull since we had to pay for the sauces. They could at least give us a full size ranch. Sauce is a make or break for their trixy stix, felt like a let down to be given the smallest amount possible, while still being charged for it.“

“I had the lunch buffet which included pizza, salad, and a soda for just under twenty bucks. These days I guess that's a fair price for a complete meal. There was a pretty good variety of pizza available (though some looked like it had been sitting out for at least half an hour) and the salad bar was fresh. I had minimal interactions with the staff but they were friendly. It was the middle of the day and there weren't very many other customers. Some of the tables still hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. Overall I'd say it was a good experience, not bad at all, but not great. I noticed they had a room with glass doors for large groups, and they had some arcade games. Probably a great venue for kids' parties.“
