“I’ve had pizza there several times and every time they’ve done a great job for an excellent price. I don’t have an oven hot enough for a good pizza so I would avoid the take and bake option instead just try get there early enough to have them bake the pie.“

“While Domino's is not my favorite pizza, its the closest pizza place to us and are willing to deliver to outlying areas (if you call). The one thing I have to say is the staff is top notch. “Shout out to the two guys working at Cascadia Pizza in CDA on 6/16/2025. I walked in and immediately got the rundown: 30–45 minute wait. Phones were ringing nonstop, people were coming in left and right, and these guys were running the show—just the two of them. Was my wait longer than expected? Yep. Was I annoyed? Not even a little. Because these two were hustling and still taking the time to be honest and kind with every customer. I wish more people understood what they were working with and gave them the credit they deserve. The frustration some of customers expressed when they were told about the wait or that their pizza was not done, was frustrating for me to watch. Also… the pizza? Incredible. This was my first visit, and let me tell you—it won’t be my last. Cheers to the real MVPs of the pizza world. 🍕👏“

“Got the Papa Guido pizza, Wild Goat, Three Forks, and the Mama Mia. All were delicious, but the Papa Guido was our tables favorite by far! The gluten free crust was really good, and I thought it was actually better than the traditional crust (rare!). A lot of pizza options for all tastes. Service was excellent, outside and inside dining was spectacular. Outside they had covered seating, warmers, and blankets for all guests to stay dry and warm. Ambiance was warm and cozy. I would go out of my way to come here.“

“Walked in and didn't know what I wanted. The young man that took my order was SO patient and nice. Everyone working there seemed very friendly, professionally dressed and great customer service. “The owner of the Valley/CDA Carusos, Jesse, was so amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. He checked in regularly, promptly answered questions, and was very organized. Our guests really enjoyed the food and there was enough for guests to get seconds and even have some left over at the end of the night! Jesse and his wife maintained the buffet for our event, and his wife even came over to let me know my favorite pizza was going quick and offered to bring me some! We are so happy we chose Carusos!“

“The pizza is amazing. You can see them making mountains of dough in the back and shaping it into garlic knots and pizza crusts. You can see the giant wood fired oven they’re using. The crust is light and chewy.
Now, that being said, the pizzas are small for the price you pay. 2-3 people per pizza..
Also we were there on a Saturday night and waited over an hour from the time we ordered until our pizza was ready. Excruciating wait, and the crowd was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other talk. I wouldn’t go here again with kids, unless they brought snacks with them.“

“Flame and cork was a great host for our work party, the staff was amazing, and shut down the whole restaurant so it was just my office at the party, the pizza and charcuterie boards as well as drinks were fairly priced and a tatsed great, and delicious with a good variety of gourmet pizzas. “Cute little local pizza spot! Service was great. Server was patient while I decided what I wanted, Im always so indecisive! Lots of choices here with pizzas, pastas and calzones. “Papa Murphy’s: because sometimes you want takeout…but also a mild responsibility crisis.

Let me get this straight, you drive there, order your pizza, pay for it, take it home…and then you have to cook it? At first, it feels like you got scammed. Like, “Wait…I’m doing the last 20%? That’s the part I came here to avoid.”

But then it hits you....

You pull that pizza out of your oven, and suddenly you’re acting like you handcrafted it from scratch. You’re checking the crust like a professional, calling people over like, “Hey, dinner’s ready,” as if you didn’t just slide a tray into the oven and set a timer.

And honestly...It’s solid. The pizza comes out hot, fresh, and way better than it has any right to be for something you technically had to finish yourself. The crust actually has that just made feel, which makes you forget you were mildly annoyed 20 minutes ago.

The real advantage here is control. Want it a little crispier...Done. Want to pretend you’re eating healthier because you baked it at home...Also done. Want to stand in your kitchen staring through the oven window like you’re on a cooking show...This is your moment.

The only downside is the mental battle every time: Do I want pizza bad enough to cook? Most of the time, the answer is yes…but you’ll question it every single visit.

Final verdict: 9/10. You do a little work, but you get fresh, solid pizza and the illusion of being way more productive than you actually were. Honestly, not a bad trade.“

“My first time here and ordering the Baller the pizzas and salads look awesome. The brick oven is hot and the pizza is to Die for the Baller has awesome flavor a lil spice but very nice. I rate it a 5 out of 5 🤩 stars... I highly recommend Fire artesian pizza in Couer D' Alene Idaho for your next dinner.“

“The pizza was great as always. Very consistent. But when I pulled up to the drive through window. I got out and stood by the window. I had to sit there for a couple minutes before knocking on the window to get someone's attention. There were a 3 employees working that I could see and no customers inside. Someone finally started walking over to the window then was about to open it and instead helped someone that just walked in. Employees need to be more attentive to what's going on. Great Pizza, employees just need some customer service training. But that seems to be the issue everywhere nowadays.“

“I'm so sorry to say that 6 of us had dinner at the 4th street location on Sunday evening. Capone's has been a go to for our group for years and we were very disappointed. 3 in our party had the pastrami sandwich which they usually order. The bread was stiff and much less volume than past visits. I had the Ultimate cheeseburger that was dry and very small versus past burgers I've had there. My wife had a taco salad that had dry chicken in very small quantity. The staff were all fantastic as usual with great service. I'm in hopes this was just a bad night for the kitchen as we spent nearly $150 and we were all disappointed. Sorry Capone's but you needed to know.“

We had a build your own with dairy free cheese. May I suggest asking for “half the cheese you’d normally use”…a little goes a long way with fake cheese ?

“I order here at least once a month and am very rarely disappointed. They have great deals and staff is always friendly both for carryout and delivery. Delivery is always fast and pizza is almost always piping hot, nearly to hot to eat! My only complaint is sometimes the dough for the stuffed crust is super flat and sometimes the seasoning on the crust is very light and leaves the stuffed cheese crust very bland and dry. Great staff at this location tho!“

“My family loves Papa John’s but are starting to get frustrated with the assembly of the pizzas. They put the TOPPINGS on first and then the cheeses. The result is all the cheese and toppings slide off the the crust and it is very difficult to hold/eat. Please assemble correctly in the future. It is insane we have to ask for the pizzas to be assembled correctly.“
