I ordered my pizza & wings online & when I went to pick them up, I discovered I inadvertently ordered it at a Papa John's in another state. I tried calling the other Papa John's to cancel my order but couldn't reach a live person, only recorded messages. The wonderful man in the Hayden Papa John's managed to get thru to the out-of-state Papa John's & canceled my pre-paid order. He then took my order & even carried it out to my car once it was ready. tonight we ran into Papa John’s for a quick dinner and the gentleman at the counter was the sweetest, kindest man I wish we had more of them in this industry of customers service. I tried to call and get his name but I was not able to connect to the store.He was amazing we will definitely be back and hope that we see him again.Thank you from the family in the suburban. ❤️

The reviews are outdated, as I'm sure they've made some changes; I've only had the best of service at this location ni always place an order online and come in to pick it up. The same gentleman is always super nice and has my order done quick and always so friendly. Pizza and wings are always on point
