A friend of mine went in for an interview and the guy interviewing, Dustin, I believe, kept calling him different names and getting him mixed up with other applicants, and the pay wasn't what the post said it would be, the guy wasn't even on time to interview. Wasted his time going and he was pretty upset

I ordered my pizza & wings online & when I went to pick them up, I discovered I inadvertently ordered it at a Papa John's in another state. I tried calling the other Papa John's to cancel my order but couldn't reach a live person, only recorded messages. The wonderful man in the Hayden Papa John's managed to get thru to the out-of-state Papa John's & canceled my pre-paid order. He then took my order & even carried it out to my car once it was ready. Now, that's excellent service above & beyond! Thank you!!

I ordered online a pizza and after one hour I called about the status.No order!!!! The person (a man) after I called he said, they can deliver in 30 to 45 minutes. I said ok. After one hour I called again and again no order. This location is in Hayden ID. What a service!!!!!!???☹️☹️☹️

Extremely unhappy waited almost an hour for my food to be delivered and that was from the time it was supposed to be on the way not from when I placed the order and the food was cold when I got it

tonight we ran into Papa John’s for a quick dinner and the gentleman at the counter was the sweetest, kindest man I wish we had more of them in this industry of customers service. I tried to call and get his name but I was not able to connect to the store.He was amazing we will definitely be back and hope that we see him again.Thank you from the family in the suburban. ❤️

Not great pizza. I had intended to go to Papa Murphys pizza and got the two mixed up. I figured "what the heck" and decided to try their pizza. It was a mistake.

The reviews are outdated, as I'm sure they've made some changes; I've only had the best of service at this location ni always place an order online and come in to pick it up. The same gentleman is always super nice and has my order done quick and always so friendly. Pizza and wings are always on point
Quality of papa J has gone seriously down hill. Our pizza looked like the old chuckle cheese pizzas where each slice was a different size… yikes. Guess they shouldn’t have gotten rid of John.

If I could give a negative star I would. It has been a few weeks and I was waiting to write my review to see the outcome. I order lunch for our company employees each week. I called in advance to let them know it was a larger order and needed by 11:30 am. (Plenty of notice) Not only was the order incorrect, when I tried to submit the purchase points for rewards neither the manager OR online assistance would take care of it. It's unfortunate, because we order from local eateries every week. If it is good you will get several of our orders. Mind you, these orders typically are over $250. On a weekday that is probably the biggest sale of that weekday for most establishments. Well Papa John's we will be using other options for pizza in our area. Believe me, there is not a shortage of them so I'm sure another pizza business would appreciate ours and if incorrect, try to make it right.

Rude service! Asked for help cause I could not get an order online. And they were beyond troubled by the fact u asked for the help!! Seriously isn't this your job. I left, because the man was obviously upset he had to give me a deal that is advertised online!

no ordered for myself and 2 sick kids lunch. ordered at 2:37 it's 3:49 and they havnt even made it yet! what a waste!! I'll stick with dominos from now on. papa johns has went straight down the toilet. it's trash.
