I live in the tri cities where there are taco trucks on almost every street corner. Choo choo tacos have got to be the best carne asada tacos I’ve ever had!! Definitely the best in Spokane!! You will not be disappointed!!
I try something new each time we go and it's always delicious. They season everything to perfection in my opinion and the right amount of spicy. I'd say stop by and give it shot. The quesabirra tacos are my favorite so far.

We really enjoyed the food here. We had the Pambazo Tortas and they were delicious. Plus the people who work here are so nice and helpful (it was our first time). They have many great items on their menu, not just tortas. Their posole looked great coming out of the kitchen...next time! Excellent all around!
