“So a little background, when my family travels, we attempt to try out as many breweries and brew pubs as we can. They say so much more about a town than any chain joint can offer.We were in Spokane last weekend to drop my daughter off at University. After going to two breweries in town, we headed out to Mead after I found out that classmates from college ran a microbrewery on their farm.What we found was what my 14 year old daughter; who for reference is a city kid that takes the LA subways to Hollywood for school, described as Utopia. The property features an area for enjoying the beer, food (food trucks) and fresh picked (by you our your hosts) fruit and potentially live music, that in the eyes of us city folk was exactly what you would expect a farm to be. They have an outdoor area surrounded by working fields where people enjoyed the afternoon at the available tables or picnic style with blankets and chairs. I won't go as far as utopian, but will definitely describe as idyllic. Not only was the space worth the trip but the beers were as well. They offeredstyles for all palates as well as wine and cider. We enjoyed the whit beers and the barrel aged black dog stout, (we actually brought a couple bottles home). Plus unlike so many microbreweries they offer a large selection of brews to take home.So, if you live in the area or are visiting from afar and want a taste of the country and great beer, make the trip.”

“Is this place fancy? No. Is this place amazing? Yes!! Here's why...the service!! Unfortunately we didn't catch the gal's name who helped us but she was AWESOME!! We sat in the dining side because it was cozy and they had booths verses the bar side. Our server was also the bartender for the bar side. She knows how to make the perfect Cosmopolitan!! Well balanced... perfect pour!! We will definitely come back if we are ever in this area again!! ?❤️?Oh and the food was good too!! “This is hands down the best grocery store deli in the whole SPOKANE/CDA area!!! Their food is AMAZING and all of the staff are ALWAYS so nice and friendly! They make you feel like you are their friend and that you matter! I love the Fried Chicken and also the Burritos are AMAZING! You can even order fresh Pizza or Cheeseburgers! This place has like EVERYTHING you would want for a lunch or dinner! Even a nice little place to sit and eat. I love going here. I go out of my way to stop and eat here whenever I am in this neighborhood because of how incredible it is!Also the manager is a WONDERFUL and positive person. She's very uplifting to others - even if she is having a bad day - she is always smiling and helping people. This is needed in more places today! This place makes you feel like everything is OK again. What with the pandemic and everything going on ... it feels crazy. Come and eat here - and you will feel more normal again. Life is good and this is one of the best places to come and eat! And it's even in a grocery store.”

“I've actually only been through the drive-thru at this location. Which was a better experience then I've had at other drive-thru's. The gal was very friendly and the service was quick and she didn't forget anything in my order. As far as the atmosphere it was fine for a drive-thru. The lawn was cut, the curb was free of over growth and weeds and absolutely no garbage along the way. I have no idea what it looks like inside the restaurant. But I would guess it's as nice as it can get.”

“I've only been to this location less than a handful of times but have yet to be disappointed. There were issues with an order at a different location and the customer support by "Ashlynn" to rectify the issue were impressive and respectable. Thanks for caring!”

“Good food to meet what you are craving. This place had some pleasant employees that were helpful to the people who were not sure of what they wanted as they tried to decide what they wanted. When my turn came to order, they were quick and efficient.”

“One of the better McDonalds in the area. They have a clean facility, bathrooms are clean and tidy. The eating area is clean and tidy, and customer service is above average. The wait is better than other McDonalds in the area, but not compared to Market Street or Indian Trail. Indian Trail McDonalds is the best in the area in every area, and Market Street McDonalds is a not too distant second. I would rate this McDonalds as in the 3rd place. Not shabby, but timeliness of orders and quality of food could be improved. There seems to be more of a focus on the drive-thru than those in the lobby and 3rd Party delivery services are dead last (which is remarkable considering those orders come in typically ahead of time).As I have said many times, if you have issues with staffing or experienced staff, you may want to cut your drive thru or 3rd Party ordering apps and just deal with lobby traffic until your staff experience rises to the level of being able to support more lines of effort (e.g. drive thru/UberEats/DoorDash/etc.)Most owners probably aren't interested in doing this since that means profits take a hit, but I can tell you if your playing the long game, you're paying a tremendous price in efficacy by too much turn over, inexperienced staff, long waits in the drive-thru or 3rd party drivers who just won't take orders for your organization.It's a tough business environment and customers are looking for much better customer service experiences, especially for the price of fast food in this economy!Do whatever you want but you want to increase your reputation of customer service over the long term not diminish it.You're doing an above average job! Keep up the great work, but push harder to get to the top spot! You will see the results will X-size your patronage and increase profitability!#STAYFIERCE?”

“Came here later on a Thursday and was seated immediately. Tons more room inside than I thought. More adults than kiddos but definitely both family- and couple-friendly. Had a nice view of the pizza prep area and really enjoyed watching them make one of the best pizzas I've had in years! Crust was chewy but not too thick. Tasted the excellent cheese & sauce right away. Nice basil graced the top. Impeccable service (great timing, super friendly). Can't wait to visit Spokane again so I can go back to Wooden City... though I learned that there are two more in western WA...woo hoo!!!”

“This meal and dining experience was by far one of the best I've had in a long time. I wanted to go somewhere excellent for my birthday and remembered this gem. Being celiac, the gf options were abundant! The gf bread brought to the table was lovely and a perfect touch for gf diners to feel included in the experience. I ordered the Scarlett Queen, beautiful twist on the base of a cosmo. You could taste the fresh juice and craftsmanship in the cocktail. I had the pork belly appetizer that was crisp and tender, the kimchi... whew, delicious. I went with the Chef's Special, Almond Crusted Halibut. I believe I counted 4/5 different sauces with a treasure of fresh and perfectly dressed vegetables. I can not put into words how delicious this entree was. I was captivated and for a birthday entree it was a delicious treasure trove. I chose the coconut cake for dessert... so damn good. Thank you so much for a beautiful dinner. I don't think I caught our server's name, but she was excellent!”

“This place is great! It was incredibly busy, but luckily, we found a place to sit. I ordered the blueberry lemon crepe and an ube latte with white coffee. Both were delicious! The customer service was excellent! The employees checked on us a few times to ask if we needed anything, which I thought was unique for such a busy little cafe. I will definitely be back again.”

“One of the most unique (in a great way) dining experiences in Spokane. This is a staple 'date night' location for us. Incredible salads, best mezza/tapas plate we've ever had, and a wonderful assortment of Mediterranean dishes. “If you grew up in the 50s and 60s on Oahu near Ewa town or Waipahu, you’ll love the food. Of all the Hawaiian style restaurants in Washington state, this is clearly one of the best. “The apple pie y'all! The crust is perfect and insanely good. There is a sticky, crunchy, sweet cinnamon topping - chef's kiss - and it was packed with apple filling. So, so, so good. The bakery staff were very nice and happy to help us with our pie selection. Not to mention the actual shop is really cute. Run, don't walk, and get yourself some pie.”

There were 4 of us and did family style, each dish was so freaking good.We were talking so much before the food came, once the food came we went silent as we were eating, in our own little worlds of ratatouille food heaven ?We had Manto, a rice dish with meat, some potato cakes that were stuff with heaven, and tikka lamb skewer with Nan. Everything was so incredible, the flavors were amazing. “I normally drop by to just buy their bread (which is damn good), but I stopped by to check out falafel night with my wife and we were not disappointed. Incredibly fresh and delicious. We will back for future falafel nights!Love the vibe this place has going on too - it is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in Spokane.”
