That toothless cook needs a talk on how to not break down minors at work and be supportive. shame on your management for watching it happen and not saying a word. “For $54, you would think that the portions will be bigger. One of the Meal that we received was excellent $29 Chicken Schnitzel amazing proportion and taste fresh and amazing. The other one was small it was $27 to me, it was a very small portion and small meat bites , and the portion was very small waitress did notice that it should've been more in brought some more out.But by the time it came out to me, I was already done with the mill, that's how small of the portion it was. I will say it did taste well but I was a little disappointed because online it looks so amazing. I was put back a little bit because it was super loud, very noisy, so you can't really have an intimate time like I thought we would be able to have. When walking in, it gives you a super romantic vibe, but the loudness overtakes it. I definitely don't have no problem spending money on food. Cause the last time I went out, we spent $200 dollars, but I was already over it before I started.”

“This place is great. From the ambiance, to the food, to the customer service, it's a well-run diner with delicious food. It does get crowded. I assure you, however, this diner is worth the wait! Our server, Melissa, was simply amazing!”

“I was travelling through Spokane on my way to Coeur d’Alene and knowing that CDA didn’t have much to offer me, I chose to stop here on route and it was a great decision. I have a no chicken burger and it was excellent. Super crunchy coating, with a delicate inside, great mayo and pickles on a lovely soft pretzel bun. I also had the soup of the day, a fantastic broccoli cheese. The restaurant is cool and well designed and the staff were great. Top marks all round. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-19”

We stopped in The Wild Sage on a FRIDAY night (1/9), and Tom, Laura, and Alyssa couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for making our night that much more warm and wonderful with the delicious food, drink, chats, and laughter: we can't wait to come back and revisit again. “We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙”

“My husband and I were at Churchill’s last night. We have been many times before. We didn’t have reservations and were able to get a spot at the bar. The bartender was so great at his job he absolutely made our experience even better. They had live piano music playing by a famous artist. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was delicious as always. They have started a valet service for parking and that was top notch as well. We cannot recommend Churchill’s enough for a wonderful fine dining experience. You will not regret it.”
