I have visited the Spokane Birdie's Pie Shop on several occasions and always been thrilled with both the quality of the pies and service! they have a delightful model of having the Baker/cashier come out in front of the counter to greet each guest and share as much info as you would like to hear about the pies they have available. We visited Birdie's for the first time on Pi Day (March 14th). There was a line out the door! But it moved very quickly, as the store was well-staffed and efficient. We bought a four-pack of mini pies plus two personal-size chicken pot pies. The pies were all completely delightful, and we'll absolutely be back.

The apple pie y'all! The crust is perfect and insanely good. There is a sticky, crunchy, sweet cinnamon topping - chef's kiss - and it was packed with apple filling. So, so, so good. The bakery staff were very nice and happy to help us with our pie selection. Not to mention the actual shop is really cute. Run, don't walk, and get yourself some pie.
