The apple pie y'all! The crust is perfect and insanely good. There is a sticky, crunchy, sweet cinnamon topping - chef's kiss - and it was packed with apple filling. So, so, so good. The bakery staff were very nice and happy to help us with our pie selection. Not to mention the actual shop is really cute. Run, don't walk, and get yourself some pie.

I have visited the Spokane Birdie's Pie Shop on several occasions and always been thrilled with both the quality of the pies and service! they have a delightful model of having the Baker/cashier come out in front of the counter to greet each guest and share as much info as you would like to hear about the pies they have available. The service has always been friendly and informative on my visits.I most recently visited on Pi day because I could not resist their incredible $3.14 per personal pie deal! While there was a line, reaching out the door, it moved smoothly and fairly quickly. I ended up taking home 6 pies - 2 Triple Berry, PB & Jealous, Chocolate, Key Lime, and Coconut Cream and added in a regular priced Chicken Pot Pie for dinner, because they are just so darn good!I can safely say that all have been delicious and any friends I have shared them with have been over-the-moon delighted!

We visited Birdie's for the first time on Pi Day (March 14th). There was a line out the door! But it moved very quickly, as the store was well-staffed and efficient. We bought a four-pack of mini pies plus two personal-size chicken pot pies. The pies were all completely delightful, and we'll absolutely be back.

Birdies is great. Love the chicken pot pie, and berry pie. My one annoyance is nothing in the case is labeled and no descriptions which means waiting for someone to explain what things are, slowing down the line, it's so inefficient. I will continue to go in but have to plan extra time for waiting on line.

Normally love this place. Last pie I got unfortunately just didn't have as much quality control as I'm used to from this place. The pulled pork mac & cheese had a giant chunk of pork directly in the center that made it difficult to enjoy. Hope for better experience next time around.

Birdies Pie Shop is a slice of heaven! The pies are truly awesome, and the key lime is a standout – it quickly became my favorite. What elevated the experience at the shop however, was our server, Eternity. Her knowledge and enthusiasm about all the sweet and savory treats made the visit extra special. She was so genuinely friendly it was a nice reprieve from the droll of the workweek. Also, there is always a new thing to try at Birdies. The rotating flavors ensure there’s always a reason to come back, making this pie haven a must-visit. I live up north of Newport WA, And I will make it a POINT to stop at Birdies when I come into spokane, thank you guys for the wonderful pies.

I'm so glad our wedding planner recommended Birdie's for our reception because I'm excited to support this local business time and time again. Read up on their story; it's heartwarming. Went in late in the day to buy a couple Gluten Free pies, and they were sold out. Eternity offered to make us fresh pies if we were willing to wait. We appreciated her willingness to accommodate at the end of the day (as customers kept streaming in). The pies are great and the service is too!Dietary restrictions: Earlier in the day they usually have a good selection of GF options.
