“We’re currently driving from Iowa to western Washington. Had to stop in Spokane real quick. I looked up some tofu places, and saw Island Style Food, had to check it out. Absolutely did not disappoint!!! I got the Island Style Noodles with Tofu, which came with an amazing cucumber salad!! Thank you all so much! The food is delicious! I’m the only non meat eater on this road trip, and even the kids said it smelled good!!”

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙”

“First visit for lunch. The menu was very different from other Mexican restaurants with lots of chorizo, menudo, and other very authentic items. The Los Habanero queso was the best I’ve ever had. Prices were good and the place was very clean. I will be back”

I got to speak with the owners who told me how they make their enchilada sauce from scratch very kind, local hard-working people, the places clean the staff was friendly. I was however appalled by the managers unprofessional behavior when he yelled at his staff in front of the customers. This has happened on more than one occasion. This puts a damper on the customer experience when this happens.”
